Villa Stilnovo is a splendid and luminous two-story villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Stilnovo you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. Villa Stilnovo is 280 square meters (3000 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, two private terraces, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 800 meters (half a mile) from Ravello, where you will find restaurants, shops and the stop for the SITA bus and for the local bus. You will find the closest restaurant at 600 meters (660 yards), a grocery store at 2 km (roughly 1.2 miles) and the closest beach (Castiglione di Ravello beach) at 6 km (roughly 3.7 miles) including 200 stairway steps (other beaches with less steps to climb are also available in the area). You will reach Villa Stilnovo from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Stilnovo. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. The parking space is suitable for up to three cars. If necessary, you can park along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 16 meters (52 feet) long, from 1 meter (3.3 feet) to 3.5 meters (11.5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, deck chairs, sun loungers, a swing and an external shower, and it is partly shaded by a porch made of stone. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.
Garden
The garden is 10000 square meters (108000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by perfumed lemon and grapevine pergolas. In the garden you will find a children's playground. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery and of the coast of Amalfi.
Ground FloorTerrace 1
The first terrace is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant porch. It is equipped with sofas, as well as with a table, chairs and deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of the greenery and of the sea at a distance.
Patio
The patio is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant wood roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery and of the coastline.
Living Room
The living room is paved with handmade majolica tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are elegant and refined, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include two sofas and two armchairs. In this room you will find an upright piano (please contact us before making your reservation if you plan to use the piano, as we need to make sure that it is in working order). There is a nice fireplace made of stone, for decorative purposes only. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels), a DVD player and a CD player with Ipod dock station. From the living room you will be able to enter the first terrace with a view of the olive grove and of the sea through three French doors. The room also has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen two French doors will take you to the patio with a broad view of the sea and of the valley below. The room also has a window.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. First FloorTerrace 2
The second terrace is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a retractable awning. It is equipped with a table, chairs and deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The floor is paved with tiles with handmade decoration, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony through a French door.
