Newly remodeled and sparkling clean, here you can start your day with an easy meal prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen, enjoy it on the retro mod dining table or out on your view patio. Prepare your cocktail at the retro bar cart and sip it at the sectional or on the comfortable lounge chair on the deck.

Open concept great room features quality modern furniture, 60” TV, dining table for 4, bar cart, kitchen counter seating for 2, and large sliders to the Mountain View patio. Patio is furnished with table for 2, a lounger, and a BBQ Grill.

Master Bedroom features a new modern king bed, premium linens, ample closet space, TV, and thoughtful bedside amenities: reading lamp and an outlet to plug in your phone.

This unit is at the popular Biarritz Condominium Complex with a large refreshing YEAR-ROUND HEATED Pool, 2 Jacuzzi Spas, and 2 Tennis Courts. We're happy to provide thirsty pool/spa towels, loaner tennis racquets and a can of balls.

Prior-approved dogs are welcome with $150 per Dog Fee (taxable).

Pay Washer-Dryers in common laundry room. One covered parking space provided.

Bright & modern space; close to downtown

This property was an excellent spot to spend a getaway in Palm Springs. The space is bright, modern and clean with everything you need to feel at home - exactly as the pictures show. The pool is quiet, well-kept and not too busy. The property managers were first rate - extremely helpful and always responsive to all inquiries. A small downside is that the property is across from a vacant lot and there seemed to be a few transient people in/around the area which made it feel a bit unsafe walking alone after dark.
