Why Steven chose Palm Springs

I have several properties in Palm Springs. They are all different and great in their own way. I love staying at this one when I want to leave the car in the garage and walk. So close to everything there is to enjoy!!!

What makes this condo unique

It's so great to have a one bedroom unit with 2 bathrooms. Just makes life easier and you don't find them very often. Plus, so easy to have another guest stay on the pull out sofa and you don't have to share the bathroom!

Perfect Palm Springs Condo!

We had an excellent stay at Steve's unit at the Deauville. The unit is great. It's a spacious one-bedroom, high ceilings with lots of nice light, and is equipped with everything you could need. The Deauville is a great complex - the grounds are immaculate, and the pools and hot tubs are amazing! Steve is a perfect host - very responsive and helpful with all of our inquiries. I can't wait to go back!

We were delighted with the condo and the property and the proximity to Palm Canyon Drive. Steven provided all of the essentials and more ! The gym and pool were important to us and they did not disappoint. All in all it was a superb experience that we hope to enjoy again.

Clean, Best Location for Palm Springs & private security setting like a Resort!

This property is great! Can't speak high enough! We are fellow VRBO owners and this is a great example of how a property should be marketed & managed! The owner Steven is very nice and reacts promptly with questions and very fair, & helpful! He has that spirit of wanting his guests to return for every trip to Palm Springs! He knows who the customer is and he provides a great property at fair price! I believe you won't find a property in a better location, you can walk everywhere to downtown, casino, resturants, bars, etc! The people around the area are so nice by the pool, jacuzzi and just walking around resort type setting & neighbhood! We will definitely look no further for our next trip to a Palm Springs! I am the type of guy that if I find a good thing I stick with it! The property was better equipped than my own home! Thanks Steven for everything! Your a great host and you have a very clean property!

Wonderful condo, great location!

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights for our "baby moon" and loved it. The condo had everything we needed and we walked into town and to see movies! It is very well decorated and SPOTLESS!
