Beautiful and renovated 2bed Apt, excellent location to Commute to NYC. Bus stop one one block away. This apartment was recently renovated and professionally decorated to make your stay pleasant and in style. First bedroom has a queen bed, Second room has a single bed, full of closet space, at the living room there is a full sofa bed. TV wifi, a complete equipped kitchen. Elevator and laundry room in a common area. We also offer private parking for a daily fee.

We welcome to your Home. Please be advice of the House Rules, which are set up for all our guest in order to keep this place at the best ability and make your stay comfortable.
• Check In time is at 15:00 PM
• Check Out time is at 11:00 AM
• No Smoking
• No Pets Allow
• The use of illegal drugs is prohibited
• No dirty dishes at the time of check out.
• Do not eat or drink on the couches and beds.
• A reset cleaning is included at your rental for the next guest to come. Cleaning includes: Sweeping, mopping, dusting and washing linens. You are responsible to keep the kitchen clean at the time of check out.
• Be respectful of the neighbors, please no loud noises.
• Throw the garbage as often as possible (We provide Garbage bags); those are located at the bottom of the sink compartment.
• Any damage or broken items at the property must be notify immediately.
• For your own security lock the door every time you leave the premises.
• All visitors must notify and be authorized by us.
• Please turn off all the appliances before leaving the apartment (Coffee Maker, TV, etc).
• You can use the address to purchase articles for delivery, however we are not responsible for missing items or delivery issues. In the event you would like parking, it is available for a daily fee of $15 dollar per car. We will need at least a 24 hour notification for the parking in order to assign a spot for your car.
• Washer and Dryer machines are located in a common Area at the Building Complex (Next to 1715 building take ramp down to the basement). Key for for laundry room is the extra one in your key chain with the rubber cover. Machines work with coins $2.50 washing load Small $3.50 large and $0.25 for 8 minutes for the dryer.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The building looks old... but the unit is very clean, nice and has most everything you need. There's a bus stop just across the street, and once you figure out the bus travel, it's a cheap and easy way to get around to NY (including taking the subways). The host (Claudia) was very responsive! Was definitely a good value for the money.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment during our visit to the NYC area. The location is truly excellent, being only 15 minutes from NYC by bus, with the bus stop conveniently located right across the street, made all our travel incredibly easy. Also there is a great supermarket, and restaurants nearby. The cleanliness was great, and we especially appreciated the thoughtfulness in providing essential items like salt, pepper, coffee, tea, shampoo, and soap. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials, allowing us to quickly prepare breakfast each morning. This small detail was a huge help, as it meant we didn't have to buy and abandon basic necessities after just a few days. The communication with the host was fast, easy, and seamless.The only minor note for maintenance is that we had to slightly move the master bedroom bed to fully close the door. Overall, this apartment was clean, convenient, and a great value. We would happily stay here again on a future trip!

Good location, but the service can be better

The location is fine --super easy to go to NYC, the building is a bit noisy at night because of people running up and down the stairs but nothing too unbearable, and the apt had everything we needed and more. Unfortunately, we had a hard time after the checkout when the owner accused us of having stained her sofa, and wanted to charge us an additional $ 179. We proved with photos and video that we were not responsible, and she did not even apologize to us. I do recommend the apt, though, just make sure you document with pictures the way you're leaving it before your check-out.
