We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed, and communicating with the owners was easy. A few things to keep in mind: street parking can be limited—we arrived in the early evening and had to valet at a garage farther away the first night, though we found street parking the next day. The stairs to the apartment are steep, which may be a concern for guests with mobility issues, but they were manageable for us. The mattresses were also a little firmer than I prefer, although my daughter liked them. The views of New York City across the Hudson River are gorgeous, and the area feels very safe. The apartment is close to a bus stop with service to the Port Authority Bus Terminal, within walking distance of attractions such as Times Square. There is also a ferry, which was a fun alternative—we used both the bus and ferry during our stay. Plenty of restaurants, ice cream shops, and an Acme grocery store are nearby. We will definitely stay here again. Although we fit a lot into our short trip—including the Harry Styles concert—we still have more to see. Thank you for sharing your home with us; we look forward to returning!

The apartment had absolutely beautiful views from the living room. Situated perpendicular to Central Park, we got great views of uptown and midtown Manhattan, and could see a bit of downtown. It was extremely easy to get into the city with NJTransit and anywhere else with rideshares. Food options in the neighborhood were great, and we loved the bodegas and Latino markets for quick and easy food runs. The kitchen was nicely stocked with spices, pots/pans, plates, and utensils.Fit our group of six very comfortably.
View of Manhattan from the living room.

Excellent, clean, and an amazing view as advertised. Owner helped guide on parking options, just be aware of street sweeping blockout period on the sign - I missed it and got a ticket but that's on me. The one valid complaint was a very loud late night party upstairs that put a damper on our last night until we called the cops and got it cleared. But I assume that's a rare anomaly.
