Old and needs maintenance

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Garage door was broken. Couldn't open or close it. Upstairs bedroom slider couldn't open. Master bathroom light wouldn't turn off. Stair lights didn't turn on. Kithchen slider didn't have a lock that worked. They put a wooden rod at the base. La Quinta maintenance came and fix most of the things have way thru the trip but it was not a great experience for the money paid.

Pickleball Weekend

Reviewer Comments: Overall, it was a good experience and very convenient to Pickleball and Tennis, which is what we wanted.What was disturbing and very frustrating is the inability to go through the residential gates after 10pm. No one “mans” the security gate and Waldorf Atstoria would NOT buzz us in. So, luckily, we had another carInside the property. One of us gotOut of the car, jogged to the property, collected the other car and drove to the garte so we could open the gate. This was the only way to enter the gate after 10pm which is baloney and it was a bad experience. Also, you need to make sure Toilet Paper is well stocked before arrival. The leasing office was very responsive, though. Thank you.

But, there was no extra toilet paper, the towels did not smell nice and it was obvious the floors were not cleaned thoroughly. I do believe there's poor housekeeping. With all that being said I would stay here again but ensure that it has been cleaned better and is stocked better. Very spacious, big rooms, big bathrooms and very cozy.

Perfect place for a family weekend

This was a very smooth process from check-in to check-out. Seamless! The property was perfectly situated to the property's small quiet swimming pools, which was exactly what we needed. We didn't go to the main pool, mainly because of hot temperatures, social distancing, and the needs of our group. Would definitely try and secure this property again for future family get togethers.

Everyone (family of 8) had their own space, yet we were still together. No fighting over bathrooms! The grounds are kept immaculate, and the home was clean and tidy. The AC works really well, and we loved the fact that we had our own back yard with a grill, and a washer/dryer. The management company was great! Very flexible with our arrival and departure times. Our only regret was not staying longer!!
