Great location!

This location is great. There are many restaurants within walking distance. It was right around the corner from the Christmas holiday parade. Being on the second floor with the primary bedroom next to the window facing the street, you can hear all the pedestrians, trash trucks early in the morning, and car traffic. This made getting any good sleep or rest a challenge. The unit was beautiful and fully stocked with towels and small toiletries like tooth brushes, toothpaste, mouthwash, bodywash, etc.

New Orleans Perfection!

If you are looking for a spacious, beautifully decorated, fully stocked, perfectly located property while in NOLA, this is it! Kitchen has EVERYTHING, baths are well stocked, living areas model home appointed yet so comfortable, not one but TWO outdoor balconies- the list goes on. The bldg the unit is in is beautiful and there is an elevator for upper levels. And everything is spotless. Walk to many of the areas New Orleans is famous for. You will love it!

Amazing stay!

We couldn't have had a more perfect stay in New Orleans thanks to NOLA Luxury Rentals! The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and the entire rental was extremely clean and comfortable! We enjoyed the location which was walking distance from many NOLA attractions. We will definitely be back next time we visit! Thank you!

Perfect place to stay in New Orleans

The condo was beautiful, just like the pictures, and is super clean. Loved the furnishings and the beds were super comfy. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed and came equipped with so many thoughtful items: coffee, soft drinks, waters, paper towels and wonderful (& plentiful) towels. Most of all we loved the balcony! Such a cozy place to have morning coffee or end an evening with a glass of wine. The location was ideal for visitors — very close to Canal Street to catch the trolleys, very close to the Riverwalk (along the river) & a 15 minute walk to the French Quarter. Great restaurants & bars nearby, too. All-in-all, a perfect vacation getaway. I will absolutely stay there again and highly recommend The Ponchartrain!

Just what we needed for a short stay

This was a great space for our family of four. The condo is exceptionally clean ,well appointed, and thoughtfully managed. The location is within walking distance of everything without the crowds. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Stay for a group in New Orleans !

Absolutely beautiful!! Perfect for our stay! We mostly walked from the house and felt safe doing so. Cute, fun bars and places to go nearby! The condo is absolutely breathtaking! The hosts were even a delight! I would recommend it and absolutely come back!

Anniversary in New Orleans

This rental was wonderful! Fully stocked with anything we could need and a very sweet welcome basket. The balcony was perfect! A little wine, music and great company was exactly what I was envisioning when I booked. The beds are a little firm, but we still slept just fine. The team was easily reachable with seamless check in and check out. Would definitely book again.

Perfect Getaway Spot!

The location cannot be beat! Walking distance to the French Quarter and loads of fabulous restaurants! The beds and pillows were super comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The management staff went above and beyond in their communication and were incredibly prompt in responding to any questions or inquiries we had. Can't wait to return & stay again!

Stupendous (location, layout, amenities)

Four of us stayed in Pontchartrain for 3 nights. We especially appreciated the spacious living room for hanging out and planning our day. The unit was very clean. We were within walking distance to several popular spots but did use Uber a bit (never waited more than a few minutes for pickup). The cost was more economical than two hotel rooms so this is a great value!

Loved the condo!

The property was clean, felt safe, and welcoming. I loved sitting out on the balcony and seeing the parades and people coming by. There is some noise from the street as you are in the city but I was already aware that I was staying in the city and would hear dumpsters being lifted. The aesthetics within the condo were beautiful! Loved it and would stay again!
