シルバンビーチの中心部にある美しいオナイダ湖にあるビーチフロントのコテージ。 Harpoon Eddie'sの隣に位置し、Sylvanが提供する興奮からすべて離れています。コテージには2ベッドルームと1バスルームがあります。リビングルームには、ウォーターフロントの景色を望むプライベートデッキへの引き戸付きの快適な座席があります。キッチンには冷蔵庫、レンジ、電子レンジ、キューリッグ、トースターがあります。テレビ、WiFi、AC、鍋、フライパン、料理、調理器具、食器が用意されています。水から離れて大丈夫！

A slice of heaven!

My family has made Sylvan Beach a yearly vacation spot. It’s a small town, with great people, great neighbors, friendly cottage owners and good food nearby. The sunsets on Oneida are fantastic. Would certainly recommend to anyone. It’s not super fancy, and it’s not meant to be. If you want a friendly, quaint little cottage in a beautiful setting. Go here!

Great location, clean and cozy! Owners pretty quick to get back to you with answers to any questions. Would definitely recommend!

Uncleanly, as a renter, we were not taken care of.

The refrigerator did not work, the wifi did not work, the hot water did not work in the shower. Beds were ripped and dirty. The house had sand all over floors upon arrival, and the parking states to look for “spot 709” that also does not exist. I am very dissatisfied to have spent $500 for a weekend trip that we could not enjoy.

Unfortunately your review must have been on the assessment of the property when you were checking out. Prior to you posting this review I have already received compensation from VRBO for the damage you did while staying there. Our cleaning company sent us pictures of the damage and the condition of the property when you were done with your stay. I can only imagine how your own home must look… knowing the Binghamton area well I must say I am not surprised by what our cleaning company found upon your departure. Best of luck.

Got bumped from the property i rented

I booked this house on the beach thru vrbo..vrbo was great with the booking then I saw the home owner advertising the house on different sites..I checked my availability with vrbo they said I was all set...a few days before our vacation we found out that we got moved without being told I found this out by contacting the home owner...they said vrbo moved us...vrbo said they don't move people..we found out it was the home owners...we paid for a house on the beach. And was moved 3 houses down from it...we went anyways cause we wouldn't get our money back in time to find somewhere else to go. Then we found out we were being watched and they were listening to us...thru a door bell camera (Ring) without letting any one know....that is not cool...the owners are very shady in that sense.....beware when renting- other neighboring renters agreed...dissatisfied vacationer...

Sorry you did not enjoy your stay... looking at your Facebook photos you tagged us in it seemed you were having a wonderful time. We had to each out to you when our neighbors let us know that there was a dog on our property without our approval and when we reviewed our front porch security camera, it confirmed this. You were upset by us asking you to remove the dog and this is when you became bitter. We had a rental management company who did our booking and he was the one who moved you, not VRBO, as you are well aware. We offered you our own personal cabin to make sure you still had a place to vacation. We no longer deal with him and do all booking ourselves. We had great reviews from all of our other guests and look forward to a great group of renters this summer.
