This beautiful air-conditioned villa is made up of: an entrance, a large living room with an equipped and open kitchen which opens onto a sheltered terrace, 4 bedrooms with storage cupboards (2 160 beds, 4 90 beds that can be twinned ), a full bathroom (bath, shower and toilet) and a separate toilet.
The exteriors are neat and not overlooked on the pool side and have a summer kitchen with cooker, sink, mobile barbecue, shower and WC.
Located just 6.5 km from the main town of THUIR, 14 km from Perpignan and 25 km from the beaches of Saint-Cyprien and Argeles Sur Mer, this villa is ideally located to fully enjoy the holidays.
It has various services: Heated swimming pool, WIFI connection, TV BOX channels, Air conditioning in all rooms, baby equipment (high chair and comfortable umbrella bed, garage to dispose of your belongings, secure indoor parking.)

Maison très agréable, propre et bien équipée (vaisselle, coutures, trousse de secours, clim...). Cuisine d’été avec petite salle de bain pratique. Quartier calme et piscine ensoleillée du matin au soir sans vis à vis. Possibilité de mettre la voiture dans la propriété fermée. Vacances parfaites. Seuls bémols : table extérieure pour 6 alors que la maison est pour 8 et sol autour de la piscine hyper glissant (le carrelage pas le faux gazon). Personne qui nous a accueilli très agréable ! Bonnes vacances ! On reviendra.

Superbes vacances au calme à 20mn des plages catalanes!

Nous avons aimé cette villa de plain pied trés confortable et bien équipée (wifi...) les espaces extérieurs sont agréables avec la cuisine d'été et la piscine en toute intimité. Familles BALMIGERE FOURQUET.
