Great spot for family vacation!

We stayed 4 nights with our 7 and 9 year old. Property was clean, beds were comfortable, and it was very close to the beach. The kids also loved the lazy river and pools at Waterscape. Each night, they had different activities for the kids. Our kids especially liked the Glow Party. You also have a great view of the fireworks from the beach on Wednesday.

Awesome place!

From the super easy check-in, to the cleanliness of the condo, and location we had a great time even with hurricane Sally inviting herself on our vacation. We can’t wait to comeback in the spring! Perfect for families with kids of all ages.

Great condo for family vacation!

Condo was very clean, with all of your basic amenities. Partial view of the beach. Even though it is a condominium complex, it is very quiet in the condo and you do not hear neighbors at all. Perfect vacation condo for families!

Nice property Great location

It was nice to walk to restaurants on the beach. Weather was too cool to enjoy the balcony but I thought it was great. The grills in the pool area are a nice addition. I love the size of the condo and view from the living room. I liked the parking garage and being able to park on my floor. !!

Spring Break Stay

The condo has a very nice view of the gulf. However, we noticed that a resort is being built right next to building which will partially obstruct the view in the future. The condo itself was very well maintained. The sofas were a little outdated. Also, don't expect any normal amenities to be there when you arrive. For instance, no coffee filters, no dish soap, no paper towels, no spices, etc... The facility was very kid-friendly and had great access to the beach. It is also close to the bridge that crosses over to Destin, which makes the location very convenient for post-beach activities. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and the owners made the booking very smooth.

The stay was really good and for the most part the room was really nice just a few things that could have been cleaner. The biggest issue we had was our wristbands were not in the room when we arrived like all previous years and we could not reach the property owner for hours so we were unable to use the pool area for the first day. also the A/C was not working properly but we never complained and someone came to fix it the last day so it was known about. but overall a good stay.

Great Location, but...

This was a great location and a great property. There were a few things that were told to us after booking that really are relevant. First, the location is great. The balcony gives you a great view of the beach. The beds were comfortable and king sized. The kids bunk room was small but great for small kids. The property is a big part of why we booked, and was very nice. The owner did communicate the following prior to check in, but it bears noting in the review. She claims that you get the "basics" for the kitchen. That means that you get cooking and serving implements, plates, glasses, etc. ALL consumables are discarded between stays. There are no dishwasher detergent, no laundry supplies, not even filters for the coffee maker (you need to get basket, not cone style). There is no salt, no sugar, nothing. You get ONE roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Also, she mentions "Beach service" in the communication. That really only means you get a beach umbrella and 2 chairs, not any kind of food or beverage services. While the place was mostly clean, the kids room had dirt and sand in the corners along with a used, dried out contact lens. 2 of the 4 TVs were smart TVs. There was cable in 3 of the 4. The last one in the kids room was just a DVD player. The batteries in all but 2 remotes were either dead or missing. There, of course, were no replacement batteries, so we had to go back out and buy batteries for her remotes. I really just got tired of running out to Publix for all the random things we weren't told we would need. A cheap reusable coffee filter, a handful of batteries, and an extra roll of paper towel would have gone a long way and really should be standard at this price range. Same with dishwasher pods and laundry pods and dryer sheets.

Fantastic , as always!

This was our third Thanksgiving spent at this property and we'd never stay anywhere else in Fort Walton/Destin area. Condo is the perfect size for our family of 5 and well stocked. Love the new outdoor furniture on the balcony! The complex itself has multiple nice pools, a large fitness center and is steps from the beach.

Comfortable, clean, and convenient

This unit was very clean, comfortable with 2 kings, and convenient to the pool and beach. We had a wonderful view of the beach from the deck and from inside. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware. You might want to bring a potholder and cups for small children. They only have glass glasses and cups. There is a keurig as well as a coffee pot. Pinky was great about responding to concerns. I loved the decor and furnishings. We enjoyed our stay.

Clean, Cozy and Comfortable

Two families stayed here for a World Series baseball tournament at the beach. Location was perfect to get to Ft. Walton fields. We “sacrificed” a full beach view for the waterpark (which was great for the kids), but we still got a wee beach view. Master bed was SO COMFORTABLE! So was the balcony furniture. Overall a perfect blend. Condo had everything we needed and made for and a very nice getaway. Thank you!

Family Vacation 2022

Everything was very nice except the dryer had a horrible squeak and the bunk beds were not very comfortable with no storage space in that room. Also would rather of had one of the bathrooms with shower available without having to walk through bedroom for guests staying in bunk room and pull out couch. But that was minor problems. The patio was huge. The beds were very comfortable. Big dining room table and nice living room area. My grandson had a blast with all all the pool activities! The the location was perfect.

Wonderful Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Balcony had more of a beach/ocean view than we expected. The extra half bath was nice to accommodate everyone. Room was comfortable. Enjoyed the resort and pool. Once we figured out correct stairs to use, it was not a long walk to pool/beach. Several good restaurants within walking distance.

Overview

The unit was not cleaned well at all. Dusty and linens werent Clean enough. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets. No extra toilet paper rolls. No standard things such as coffee filters or sugar packets, no salt and pepper. Furniture was extremely dirty. Not enough linens supplied for 8 people. Enjoyed the beach, but the supplies need to have more and furniture was in terrible shape.
