• 2 full bedrooms (1 King ~ 2 Doubles)

• Ocean/Beach views from all rooms
• Fully equipped kitchen
• High speed WIFI Internet
• 32” Smart TV's in all rooms
• In-condo Washer / Dryer
• Fully air-conditioned and smoke-free
• Beach chairs, towels and a cooler available for your enjoyment.
• Solar power pack (10 hours? depending on use) for the refrigerator, a fan and electronics in case of an outage. It's not perfect but, most units have nothing.
NOTE: Puerto Rico has very fragile power/water grids and, unfortunately, outages do happen. Our complex has generators for the elevators and hallway lights only. They are not allowed in the individual units. If this could be a big problem for you, we suggest staying in a resort that has full generator power.

We had everything we needed. The kitchen was complete, great tv, beautiful balcony and view, chairs for the beach, and a reserved parking spot. We would definitely stay here again!

The view was absolutely stunning. Check-in was incredibly easy, and the hosts provided clear, well-communicated instructions—it took us less than five minutes to get settled in.Waking up to that incredible view every morning was truly amazing. We were deciding between this property and the Marbella building, but ultimately chose this one because of its higher floor, and we're so glad we did. The elevated location provides breathtaking panoramic views that exceeded our expectations.Juli and Rich were both extremely communicative throughout our stay. You can tell they pay close attention to detail, from their responsiveness to the thorough information they provided. Everything was well organized and thoughtfully prepared. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Juli and Richard are extremely accommodating hosts. The condo was exactly as pictured and our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was great, we were able to walk anywhere we needed to go, super close to the airport and the entire area felt very safe. The beach is one of the nicest I’ve ever been on with no coral, all sand. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

We agree - The long, sandy Isla Verde beach is the best!
The Condado area is also nice but, their beach is VERY dangerous.

Great location right on the beach. Beautiful water and sand. Hosts were very communicative and accommodating. Loved the two master bedrooms. It’s a great set up for two couples or a family. Very safe area and building. Super clean and well appointed with all the supplies you would need.Very close to a number of restaurants and a casino and stores. If we ever return to Puerto Rico, we’d stay again.

The check-in was exactly as advertised. The Matas were very responsive to questions. The views from the 18th floor of the Isla Verde beach were soooo nice each morning. We had A wonderful time.

Amazing host communication and flexibility from the host. The property was as described and absolutely beautiful, great location, pool and beach were easy and lovely. We'll for sure be back!! The hosts were super kind going above and beyond checking in on us when our flights were canceled to make sure we found accommodations for the unplanned additional days.

Amazing condo in perfect location
Loved every minute in this condo! So comfortable and accessible to the beach and pool! Super secure and safe area. Good food options in walking distance and perfect space for us to stay!

This condo is perfect for 2 couples!
My husband and I stayed here, with another couple, and it was perfect, we could walk to many places, we rented a car and it has a parking spot below the building! The condo is extremely clean! We will be back!

Family Trip
This was a perfect condo for our family trip. Location was great to walk to places, however we did rent a car so we could explore more. Julie answered any questions or concerns I had during our trip. Would definitely stay here again.

We love that there are car rental places (Charlie and Popular) within walking distance from the condo for daily or short-term auto rentals. Or, the airport is only 5 minutes away, if they have better options. There is no need to rent for your entire stay.

Perfect!
Had a wonderful stay at the condo! Location is perfect, right on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, stores, and casinos. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Owners were very responsive to questions we had. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay
Large, clean, and well-equipped condo. Location directly on beach and close to stores and restaurants. Large, clean swimming pool. Had one day with a power outage but condo had a battery pack that was easy to use and provided electricity for everything but the air conditioning. Communication with the owners was superb. Would recommend it and would stay here again.

great place to stay, great location, top of the line Condo
Very Nice Condo top of the line, spectacular view of the beach and city, Richard and Juli are great host, if they are not super hosts they will be soon. the location is perfect if you want to go to old san Juan or get on the highway and see the island. On the beach, and restaurants in walking distance. perfect hope to get to come back soon.

Great Stay In Great Condo
Perfect location, airport noise is NOT an issue (surprisingly). Beach is super and < 5 minute walk. Can walk to great beaches, bars, casinos or Uber to Old San Juan or beyond. Or rent a car and use the convenient parking space.

Great place to stay!
Fantastic condo - right on the beach! Lots of great info provided by the owners on restaurants/things to do that was extremely helpful. Everything we needed for the beach was there (chairs, umbrella, body boards, sand castle pails, etc) Had a problem with one of the AC units going out, but Richard got it taken care of as quickly as possible and stayed in touch with us the entire time. This was one of the best condos we have stayed in.
