Great location

The house is big and nice, location in great, close to many restaurants and beautiful locations! Not so many people around, and the pool was so worm and nicer. Recommend it 🏝️

Beautiful home in a great location.

Beautiful beach house with lots of space. Very conveniently located to grocery and restaurants. Very easy to get across to the beach with kids and lots of accessories. Loved that the home had extra folding chairs. Our entire group agreed that we would stay here again.

Great location and amenities

We had a group of 12 and house was large enough for all of us. We cooked dinner at night and the house had everything we needed. Just a block from beach. Had some minor issues...no lights in back common area with pool and the hot tub was not working but otherwise great experience.

Convenient and clean

Overall experience was very positive. Pool was full of debris from a storm the day we arrived and it didn’t get cleaned until 2 days after reporting it, but the house was just as described and very convenient to the beach. The kitchen was amazingly stocked with cooking utensils, cookware, etc which was very nice. Good view off the balcony! We would definitely return! Gave a 4 on communication only because I text about a couple things (which they handled) but didn’t reply.

Family Vacation

Loved the property!Was a little frustrated we had small electrical problem and never received a call back.The sharing of the pool was not for us.We had a wild bunch in one of the other houses that partied til 1 in the morning.Not the atmosphere we were wanting.Cant believe how much you pay in a cleaning fee to come in to a place that needed to be cleaned better.Sand and hair n our bathtubs.Things left from prior tenants.Overall small problems.We had a great time with our family and the pac-man table was a HIT!!! Weather was perfect.

Very short walk to the beach

I loved that it was just a short walk to the public beach access. And the bath towels were so luxurious and fluffy and soft! On the downside, the kitchen Was not adequately stocked. We were not informed that the only coffee machine was a Keurig. A $20 standard coffee maker would be a great addition. There was not enough silverware four one days use. We had to wash the silverware after every meal so we would have enough. I did not expect A spice center, but salt and pepper really should not be too much to ask. The swimming pool was lovely but the Jacuzzi tub motor was not working. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were clean and fresh! We had a great family get together!

Home is not in good shape

We experienced multiple issues with the property and had to go back and forth with the property management every day. First the a/c was not working on the top two floors. We had to set the thermostat to 68 so it was freezing downstairs and still 75+ on the other two floors. We went back and forth with property management for a couple days and they sent people to look at it a couple times. They ultimately just brought some fans for us to set up. Next, the ceiling was leaking in the master in multiple areas (over the bed and through a light socket). They sent people out to take a look but nothing was done while we were there. Luckily it only rained our first night/day. And our last big issue was the bugs: there were cockroaches (“palmetto bugs”) in all the rooms. They sent someone to spray after communicating this to them, but he did not seem to know what he was doing.. he was not from a pest control company, just someone from the property management office who picked up some bug spray at Ace Hardware. We ended up getting a 10% refund, which was fair. But we paid a lot of money for this vacation and were really disappointed with how it turned out. I will say the location of the house is nice and the pool in the backyard was a hit with the kids. This house really just needs some love before letting people stay in it.

Family Vacation Amazing

This property was absolutely amazing for the family. Very easy and close access to the beach. Private and quiet place which allowed my kids to enjoy themselves without a bunch of people. The pool was a big hit for the kids. The only thing was I thought there was keriug and there was only a coffee pot so I had brought pods instead of coffee, just make sure to bring coffee for a regular coffee pot if you are a coffee drinker. But easy fix I just got a keriug. We will definitely be back. Perfect place!!

Beautiful home

Had lots of fun! It was very convenient and quiet. The house was clean and beautiful. The only problem was not getting the grill in a timely manner. The grill in the picture was not there. We received the new grill around 430-5pm. They had an old small broken grill in the back so we had to make it work. But other than that we had a wonderful time we do look forward to returning next year.

The air conditioner on the third floor did not work and it made it unable to use. Also the technician could not fix the television downstairs.

Nice place close to the beach

The house is as the pictures show it, we liked the location to the beach. Our group of 13 fit with the 3 pull out sofas. The mattress in the bed rooms up stairs need replacing and the housekeeping could have been better. When we arrived there was a large wet spot in the master bedroom carpet, we have no idea what that was from and we found other peoples razors and even underwear at the property. I think they probably tried to clean it really fast and only surface cleaned. Our group enjoyed the pool as well unfortunately the hot tub didn’t work. Over all its was a nice place to stay and we did have a great time, but owners might want to visit the house and check on the cleanliness and maintenance in the near future.

Be careful of neighbors

The house itself was nice, although a few additions like enough silverware for 14 people and sheets for all the pull out couches, would be a nice touch. The next door neighbors, however, kept calling to complain on our kids enjoying the pool in the middle of the afternoon as well as complaining that we were using the wrong trash can-neither of which were true. (We even called our rental company to confirm which trash can we were supposed to use.) They even took the trash out of the trash can that we were supposed to use and put it on our porch. We believe the neighbors are permanant residents of their house, so just be aware, especially if you have a big group.
