Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The apartment is newly renovated, has reserved off street parking, and is in walking distance to Ponce City Market, Piedmont Park, and the Beltline, coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores and other services, and a short drive to many other attractions. It has a Walk Score of 84! We have lived in Midtown for many years and look forward to sharing it with you.

The apartment is comfortable, spacious, and newly renovated for Airbnb rental and use by our family when they visit. We have reserved off street parking, a fully equipped kitchen that is complete with all you need to cook and serve for your group. The kitchen includes some ingredient basics and a coffee maker. All 3 bedrooms have closets, and Bedroom 3 has a spacious walk in closet. The fourth bed is a pullout queen size sofa bed located in the floral pattern sofa in the front room. The bathroom is fully stocked with plush towels and personal care products. The space has wifi and cable TV and is about 1750 square feet.
Guests have private entrance access to the entire apartment by key box and full use of a cozy back porch and back yard. The back porch has a small table and chairs, and the back yard has a serenity bench if you want some outside time. There is a basketball court and goal in the back yard you are welcome to use. The basketball is in the hall armoire.

This unit is in the heart of the Historic Midtown Garden District of Atlanta, developed between 1895 and 1920. The street is filled with charming bungalows built in the early 1900's. Every imaginable retail, restaurant and cultural attraction is nearby. Our quiet residential neighborhood is in the heart of the heart of the city. It is among the few areas in Atlanta where you can easily walk places. Piedmont Park is a great getaway, and we are an easy walk to the Atlanta Botanical Garden, Trader Joe's, Mellow Mushroom, Metrofresh, Frogs Cantina, Apres Diem, Highlander, 8-plex movie theater, etc.; 5 blocks from Caribou Coffee and Flying Biscuit; 6 blocks from Ponce City Market, Whole Foods, Home Depot, Petsmart, Staples, Eats, Walgreens, Publix, etc.; 5 blocks from North Avenue MARTA station or 10th Street MARTA; 5 blocks from Peachtree Street (Fox Theater, Vortex, coffee shops, many professional offices, etc.); 9 blocks from Colony Square; a mile to the High Museum and Georgia Tech; 1+ miles from Downtown and AmericasMart, Georgia State, Georgia Aquarium, Centennial Olympic Park, Philips Arena, Georgia Dome, World Congress Center, Martin Luther King, Jr., Historical District, Carter Center; 2 miles from Krog Street Market.
