Full Kitchen with every possible new tool to cook , living room and dining area, Bathroom , washer and dryer in house, Perfect for walks in nature, a few block from the park and Downtown Chico. The house is close to all the finest restaurants and shopping. BBQ and picnic table to enjoy the outdoor area.

The City of Chico requires a 10% occupancy tax for short term rentals under 30 nights. This will reflect on your bill if your stay is under 30 nights.

Amazing!

Traveling through Chico on a work trip and I couldn’t be happier with this place. Can walk to downtown and the parking is behind a locked gate. Very clean and furnished, owners are very kind!

Downtown Chico

Very nice apartment in downtown Chico very close to the university. Didn’t know it would be upstairs though as that wasn’t mentioned in the description. Being close to the university can be noisy on the weekends. Management is a bit different from any VRBO I have used in the past. Had to sign a “rules” document and received a few “rules” texts through out the stay. Two parking spaces was also nice

Great Spot Near Downtown Chico
