Completely remodeled Original 1910 home with all the Chico style! Beautiful touches on this remodel with a rustic farmhouse decor! Outside you can enjoy a nice relaxing coffee on the decorative table, gas fire pit, and even a mini golf putting green! Inside there are 2 bedroom, one with a queen bed and another with a king bed. Brand new washer and dryer in the unit, new appliances and furniture!

The house is a split level home with a separate upstairs unit. There are stairs to enter the unit.

When not enjoying the nice A/c on a summer day inside, you can relax outside with a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon Farmers/Sierra Nevada beer on the decorative patio table. Or enjoy your beverage and share evening stories at the gas fire pit! And if that wasn't enough you can fill your downtime practicing your short game on the mini golf putting green! Inside the home there are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and another with a king bed. Brand new washer and dryer in the unit, new appliances and furniture! We love this property because it is so close to downtown! Only 3 blocks away to all the nightlife, restaurants and bars! If you are more of a Nature person, Chico's famous 1 mile park is only a few short blocks away as well!

The house is a split level home with a separate upstairs unit. There are about 6 stairs to go down to enter the unit. The upstairs has it's own separate entrance and side yard on the other side.

Full access to the house, covered patio, side patio and fenced yard.

We stayed here to visit our daughter who’s in school at Chico. Good location to walk to downtown and campus. Very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Nice outdoor space. Easy checkin and check out process and excellent communication with property manager.

The floorboard is loose and coming up in the master bedroom near the door. Another safety issue is the shower tub is very slippery. Both of these things need to be attended to ASAP.

Very clean, spacious with fun ammenities, Grill, Firepit, and mini golf putting green.Property Manager was super responsive. Only down side is the noise level- this is a basemet apartment. You can hear the above renters and the street is very busy at night. Probably more appropriate for college age renters.

Primo Chico!

I recently had an excellent opportunity to attend an arts event in Chico and needed a clean and well-located place to stay. Wow! Did I find the perfect spot! This dwelling in Central Chico simply cannot be beat. First off, it is absolutely immaculate. The renovations to the home were done with a high level of expertise and the materials, furniture and style are of excellent quality. All the appliances appear to be brand new as well. You would be hard-pressed to find a better place for a long weekend or more that is located near CSU Chico and the always great Downtown Chico!
