This condo is perfect for your family beach vacation. This large, spacious condo allows for all the luxuries of home plus the penthouse views of the white sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. Guests can enjoy the spacious balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico that has entries from the living room and master suite. The large balcony is wonderful for outside dining or just relaxing in the lounge chairs.
The condo has 2 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. The balcony can be accessed from the master suite. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and the second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed.
The living room provides for an exquisite view of the gulf. There is a large sliding glass door for entry to the balcony. There is a large smart screen television for your enjoyment.
Guests that enjoy cooking can make themselves at home in the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops.
The dining room table seats 6 comfortably. There is also a bar area for extra seating.
The laundry room equipped with a full size washer and dryer, brooms, mops and other cleaning supplies.

The condominium complex offers many amenities including: both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, sauna/steam rooms, fitness/aerobic room, picnic/cooking pavilion with grills. The 'Hangout' is .8 miles from the complex. It is an easy enjoyable walk to the Hangout. Pier 33 is a convenient store located directly across the road. Bahama Bobs, West Beach Grille and Bob's Restaurant are all within walking distance.
There are at least 10 top quality golf courses, several movie theatres, miniature golf, lots of restaurants and shopping within minutes of the complex.
The Gulf Shores area is extremely family friendly with many activities for all ages.
Please keep in mind that this condo is non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed on the balcony. Beach chairs and beach towels are not included, however Ike's Beach Rentals is set up on the beach for your rental needs.
