Thank you for your feedback, and we’re very sorry for the issues you encountered. Had we known during your stay, we would have gladly sent our cleaning team to address them right away. This was a highly unusual situation. The prior guest left the home in extremely poor condition with stains on comforters, the rugs, outdoor cushions and more. Despite our team spending over four hours cleaning (with extra help), it appears they missed details they would typically catch. For that, we sincerely apologize. We’ve since replaced all comforters and completed a deep clean. As our 40 5-star reviews reflect, this is not the norm, and we hope to welcome you back for the experience we’re known for.
