Vacation Station is a beautiful, fully stocked, 4 bedroom 3.5 bath townhome in Southern Utah located near beautiful sights including Zion National Park, Sand Hollow Reservoir, Snow Canyon State Park, and many others. Enjoy activities like boating, fishing, ATV riding, hiking, swimming, golfing, and many other outdoor activities. Vacation Station is also less than 10 min away from Zion Utah Jellystone Waterpark! This is the place to enjoy a fun-filled getaway with friends or family!
Vacation Station offers four bedrooms (one bonus room), and can comfortably sleep fifteen people. In addition, this house offers plenty of other areas to gather and socialize. The family room has an 80-inch smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances and cooking utensils needed to prepare large meals.

Amenities include two heated community pools with hot tubs, a fitness center, a game room, and a playground. There is also a stocked fishing pond at the Razor Ridge Park at the entrance of Coral Ridge.

On the patio, there is a private hot tub and outdoor dining area with a gas barbeque. Two balconies, the large one off the back has a great view of the Coral Canyon Golf Course. High-Speed Internet - 500mbps fiber. Smart TVs are available on all TVs.

The pools (heated year-round), hot tubs, and community center are open from 7am-10pm. There are pool towels for you to use in the laundry room or master closet.

If you use the patio umbrella, please keep the wind in mind and lower it when you are not there.

The kitchen is fully stocked and includes wine glasses, a coffee machine and filters, a crockpot, an electric griddle, children’s plastic dinnerware, a tea kettle, and a selection of basic spices and oils.

Check-in is 4 pm. Check-out is at 11 am.

For groceries and supplies, the Walmart in Hurricane (10 minutes east on SR9 at 3400 West) is less crowded than the one in St. George (10 minutes west on Telegraph St or I-15 south exit 10). However, in St. George, there are many other shopping options as well as restaurants, parks, and theaters.

There is a garage door opener and pool key fob hanging above the computer desk in the kitchen. Please return items there upon departure.

It was great! Its right on golf course and I have teens so it was fun for them to get reservations to play and the condo was an amazing set up for our family. Lots of room to spread out.

We had a great time and really enjoyed having a private hot tub with a beautiful view. We enjoyed dinner on the patio and the kids swam all day in the nicely heated pools. We would love to come back. Thank you!

Great condo with great views

Shelly's condo was great for our couples weekend. The condo is very clean, nicely furnished and quiet. Right on the tee box with beautiful views out on the back patio. Easily access restaurants, golf, and hiking spots via car and the interstate is less than a mile away. We loved our stay there and would love to come back again.

This property worked well for our group of 8 attending The Huntsman Games. Spacious and tastefully furnished. Great view of the 5th tee and surrounding terrain. The rental process and communication was easy and flawless. Great place that I expect to return to!

Christmas Break Getaway

Vacation Station was exactly as described and met or exceeded all of our expectations. One of the ost well equipped houses we've ever stayed in. Thoughtful extra supplies throughout the home. Owners private Hot tub, community pools, gym - everything worked and was exactly as described (heated outdoor pools, hot whirlpools in the middle of Christmas break!). It was hard to leave for the national parks on some days because we so enjoyed staying in the Coral Ridge community! Family friendly, quiet at night, beautiful sunsets from the hot tub - just amazing!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in the beautiful home!!! It has a great homey feel, so every time we came back after our daily adventures it felt like we were home! The big sectional in the family room is perfect for everyone to gather on. The bedding is comfy! And the grill outside is super convenient! The owner is very responsive and super helpful! This is a great property. This is a great location. We enjoyed the community pools. Very comfortable for six adults and 8 children. We like the large sectional sofa in the TV room where we all could gather. We had timely communication from the owner/property manager by email and text.

Nice family place in Hurricane

We really enjoyed our stay at the Vacation Station. It was a perfect home base for Zion, petroglyphs, Dino tracks and some really great mountain biking. The kitchen was stocked with anything you could ever need and the beds are comfortable. The pool was just 2 blocks away and so much fun for the kiddos. The hot tub was pretty dirty the first day but Natasha was quick to get it cleaned up and usable. The kids loved the bunk beds and feeding the ducks at the pond. Definitely will stay here next time we are in the area.

3 generations. So much fun. Sand Hollow, Warner valley, Tocqueville falls. Dirt bikes and razors! The condo was awesome, everything we needed for a big family. Great pools and hot tubs too! Great view out the back! Thanks so much!

Perfection!

Our third year in a row renting this townhome for the Huntsman Games. Spacious, well equipped, very nicely appointed and located on the 5th tee of Coral Ridge Golf Club. We hang out on the patio or in the hot tub and enjoy the amazing views. Shelley the owner is very responsive and great to work with. I am a frequent user of the VRBO network and this is one of my absolute favorites.

This home was everything we hoped for and much more!

We stayed for 4 nights in January 2018 and had a wonderful time. There was plenty of space for all of us and the kids had a blast at the pool. The home was very clean and everything looked brand new. It was great to be on the golf course and there was ample room for the kids to go in the back yard and hike around the hills. We all loved the hot tub! Even though we were there because of a funeral it was nice to come back each day and relax and feel all the comforts of home. We definitely want to come back again and again.

Vacation Station is great!

We stayed here for spring break. It was a great central location for our activities. The neighborhood is nice with great amenities. The house was a great fit for our needs. It was clean and well supplied. We enjoyed having access to Netflix on the main TV since we don’t have it at home. It was a little disappointing that we couldn’t access it on the TV in the bonus room as the account wasn’t signed into. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend it.

Amazing!!

The house was so amazing, we loved everything about it. It was so welcoming and had everything you could imagine you might need. The beds were so comfortable, the views were amazing and the kids obviously loved the game room! Everything in the kitchen you could think of was available. And I can’t forget about Shelley! It was amazing!!!

We rented this condo for our whole family to have a great time in St. George. It was wonderful. It was big enough for all of us. We loved that we could cook some of our own meals and save some money, but we were close enough to great restaurants to eat out also. The condo is beautiful. We really loved everything about it. We really liked that it had a hot tub right there. We didn't ever make it to the other pools and hot tubs. I plan to stay there again when I am down that way!!!

I just wanted to write a wonderful review for our recent stay! The owner was GREAT to work with! There was a sweet welcome basket for us even though we were only staying a short time! You can tell that this owner really cares about your experience! There were pool toys and the pool was so warm that we swam for hours! There were a variety of sizes of bikes. And plenty of extra little bonuses everywhere we looked. Lots of extra blankets and pillows. And the beds are so soft and comfy! There was plenty of space for my parents and 4 siblings and our kids! I will be going back! Thanks Barbara!

Beautiful Property. Wonderful Location. Highly Recommend.

We stayed in this amazing unit while we visited Zion, Bryce, Red Rock Canyons. There were 8 of us and we had lots of room to relax after days of hiking. We needed a spacious unit with all of us and were not disappointed. It was wonderful to have basic amenities ready and waiting for us at the home (sugar, flour, spices, all the dishes and pots and pans we needed). The large kitchen and living room allowed us all to be together, yet everyone had their own sleeping and relaxing space when they wanted. The unit is 40-45 minutes from Zion, 2 hours from Las Vegas, 2 hours from Bryce Canyon, 2 hours from the North Rim. Perfect location. Walmart was only a few miles away to stock up on food and goodies. I would highly recommend this unit to others and would definitely stay there again if we vacation in the area in the future.

Spring Break

My family and I (2 parents & 3 kids) stayed here for our Spring Break. We came from Nebraska and so enjoyed the March weather in Utah. We were close to Snow Canyon and Zion National Park for hiking which was our main activity. Both these parks offer hiking at different exertion levels so you can hike a little or a lot depending on your desire. We found St. George/Hurricane and surrounding areas pretty easy to navigate. We stocked up on food at the beginning of the stay and ate our meals at the house or at a park while hiking. The home was beautiful, clean and well supplied. We really appreciated the welcome basket too!!! Barbara gave us great tips about the area and activities available. The home was incredibly spacious with each kid having a room to themselves. Plenty of closets and storage for all our suitcases, etc. We were able to spread out as much as we wanted yet gather in the great room & kitchen/dining areas for family time. We had a super time and have many great memories from our trip. Thanks for sharing your home with us!!!

House wasn’t as expected

I was not happy with this property as it wasn’t what was claimed. To name a few, the fifth sleeping room said not to use the sofa bed. We called and were told it could be used, but it was filthy so we still didn’t have the needed room!! Downstairs bed/mattress made my back hurt the entire stay. Outside furniture was different than pictured and falling apart. I wasn’t going to fill this out until a month after my stay they decide to charge an additional $1,200 to my credit card because of their ‘human error’ and a discrepancy they found. This isn’t how you should do business!!!!!! Won’t be using again and won’t ever recommend if this can’t be made right.
