We had a wonderful time. The house is big so there is lots of room for a large group. Having the two dishwashers and refrigerators is a great help.

The walk to the beach feels far with little kids but for the price it simply can’t be beat. This is our third stay and the host is responsive and attentive to any concern. Works for our family gathering with 15 people just great!

Traveled with our adult children and their significant others and had a great time! We REALLY enjoyed the pool area and loved the fact that there were almost always some shady places to sit in the pool area on the hottest days! The host was great and SUPER responsive to a couple of quick questions :) Loved the location near the beach and shopping. Would definitely stay here again if we travel with a large group.

The house is a perfect set up for a large group. Every family had their own space. The house was clean. Plenty of amenities.Kitchen has 2 full size fridges and deep freeze plus a wine fridge.There is a small fridge and microwave fridge on bottom floor. The outdoor elevator was a huge bonus for luggage and groceries.Pool and hot tub are well maintained.Walk to the beach is ok. There are steps to get over the dune so beach carts need parked at the bottom of the steps.We had a wonderful vacation.I would book this house again.

Great family vacation

The property accommodated 16 family members easily. Pool and hot tube were a great bonus. Only a short 10 minute walk to the beach. We really liked the area as well.

What a great place and great vacation, this place exceeded our expectations, we had our family reunion here this year and we had 19 people staying here, everyone loved the place, we used the outdoor grill everyday, and this place is equipped with everything you need, the host Carrie was very easy to get hold of and helped us with everything. I want to thank her for making this vacation very enjoyable. My grand kids loved the pool, and the walk to the beach was not bad at all. We will definitely stay here again.

The house accommodated all 17 members of our family ranging in age from 6 months to 63. We loved our time playing at the beach during the day and our nightly walks back in the evening to search for crabs. The pool, hot tub and patio were the perfect place to spend the day as well.

The host was easy to contact, and accomodations were as expected. We appreciated the binder with their recommendations for food and entertainment selections. The property and home in general was in the condition as advertised. The swimming pool was heated, and the hot tub was functional. The washer, dryer, and dishwasher got some use with our group.The kitchen was furnished with adequate dishes, pans, utensils, and gadgets. We especially enjoyed the waffle maker. The pool table had seen better days but we played on it every night. The livingroom lamps had USB charging ports! I was surprised to find hair dryers in the bathroom.We enjoyed our stay in the Outer Banks!

Family vacation

Great place to have 16 people. There was enough space for everyone and the kids enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach. It was a very easy 10 minute walk to the beach. It was nice being close to shopping and eating also. Hope to stay again in the future.

Great family vacay

Perfect house for our family of 17. Walk to beach is a little long but doable. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The added lift to get food and luggage to 2nd and 3rd floors was a lifesaver.
