SUNSET BAY SPACIOUS LAKEFRONT HOME WITH PERSONAL DOCK MINUTES FROM OAKLAWN

Open floor plan with spectacular lake views. Large deck perfect for grilling and watching sunsets just steps to your own boat dock with swimming platform. Main channel view, but set a few houses back in wide cove for safe swimming and floating.

Located on the North side of lake which allows you to enjoy the beauty of lake life while still close to all the the wonderful things Hot Springs has to offer. 10 minute drive to Oaklawn, groceries, mall and restaurants.

Upstairs has a large bonus room with fun bunkbeds and game/tv area for kiddos, two king bedrooms and separate bathroom.
Downstairs has 3 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms and baths have 100% cotton bedding and towels with new memory foam beds.

The home has all the conveniences needed for entertaining and relaxing with 4 smart televisions, wireless internet, fireplace, dining table that seats 12, countertop seating for 3 and separate table that seats 4. Double oven, wet bar with ice-maker and wine cooler.
Outside has a gas grill, outdoor dining table, 2 sofas and bar seating for 6.
3,900 square feet designed for making memories with family or friends without being on top of each other.

Amazing Stay

We can’t say enough good things about our stay at Sunset Bay. The owners were very accommodating and their communication was fantastic. The house is in a perfect spot on the lake and the layout with multiple bedrooms works really well for multiple families. We enjoyed our stay so much that we plan to return again.

Relaxing vacation with the kids and grandkids.

A very nice property located on a quiet cove. Very nicely decorated yet comfortable and homey. There was more than enough room for eight of us. Everyone really enjoyed the time we were there

Amazing, spacious, all the amenities, gracious host

We had such an amazing time at Sunset Bay. The layout was so wonderful and spacious for our large family. The hosts has thought of everything and the cove was nice and quiet for swimming off the dock. Sparkling clean and so easy. Can't wait to have the opportunity to stay there again.

Cousins Retreat

We had a group of 13. All accommodations were great! We were very appreciative that Joey allowed early check in. Worked great with our travel schedule. Everything was in working order. Quiet neighborhood. Close to attractions. We would stay there again. Thank you Joey and Brian!

Best stay ever!

My family and friends get together every year and have tried many houses in Arkansas, but this was our favorite! It was perfectly located with lots of room for everyone to both hang out in the common areas, but also retreat to their own rooms. The kitchen was the most well-equipped VRBO kitchen I've ever had! They had everything I needed to cook for our group of about 20 people. We would happily return to Sunset Bay!

5 Stars for Sunset Bay in Hot Springs

We cannot say enough good things about our family vacation in the Sunset Bay rental! Three generations for our annual summer gathering and everyone loved it. Joey was a pleasure to work with and the house was spotless! We are already planning a return trip!

One of the Best in Hot Springs!

This place is GREAT! We had 14 adults in our group, and there was plenty of room for everyone. We really enjoyed the common areas where we were able to spread out and visit with one another. The kitchen is stocked with quality items, and the beds were really comfortable. Check in and out was a breeze. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

What a great family reunion

We booked this location for a family reunion. We have family in the Arkansas area, Texas, Idaho and myself from Colorado (total of 11 adults and five kids!) and we had more than enough room. With that many family members there can easily be friction, but the location is spacious we all had an absolutely wonderful time. It sits in a nice quiet cove; we brought out the paddle boards and floats and had a wonderful time in the water. Last but definitely not least the hosts were very accommodating. 100% recommend this location.

My friend group of 13 goes to Hot Springs every year and this house was by far and away my favorite!! It was so spacious, beautiful location and very accommodating!! The owners was very informative and welcoming!!! Great experience! This will probably be our location when we return in years to come!!

I was born and raised in Arkansas and spent summers with my family at my grandparent's cabin on Lake Catherine. Like most families we've spread out across the country, so two years ago we rented a home on Lake Hamilton for my mom's 75th birthday and all the family came. We loved it so much my husband and I decided to buy a home with enough room for my whole family and friends to come together and create lasting memories of time spent together. We hope the home brings the same joy to you.

We chose this property for many reasons. The home is designed for large groups without feeling on top of each other while also feeling cozy when just my husband and I are there. It's on the North side of the lake, so while we can enjoy the peacefulness of lake life, we're only 10 minutes from the racetrack, restaurants and shopping. The home is situated such that the large deck is private from the neighbors.

Open floor plan with three couches and game table, so guest can be together while doing their own thing. Work a puzzle on the dining room table, watch a movie on the large screen t.v., get a game going on the game table or read a book nestled on the couch in the corner all while feeling together. Large kitchen with double oven for cooking several dishes. Wet bar with ice-maker and wine cooler. Gas grill on deck provides hot flames for charring steaks and no need for propane. Eat outside at the dining table or at the bar lining the deck rail. Upstairs bonus room has bunkbeds and t.v. area for the kids or if some want to watch a movie while the others watch sports.
