Vibey, spacious + airy with tasteful decor. Modern aesthetics with a ton of natural light throughout the contemporary kitchen, dining room/office and large living room. Uncluttered vibe throughout yet includes a fully stocked kitchen, clean + modern bathroom and multiple walk in closets and In unit washer + dryer. Includes one gated off-street parking spot for a mid size car/SUV. Ideal WFH or LTS scenarios with strong wifi. **may not have same furniture as in photos.

Complete with a shared outdoor chill area that is perfect for the morning coffee or afternoon wind down cocktail!

Lovely, Spacious, and Bright

Meredith was a wonderful host and communicated exceptionally well. She made sure we had everything we needed for a two-week stay and was responsive — we hadn’t realized that the A/C was a window unit in the open living area and one in the bedroom, and we were both working “from home.” She had someone install another unit the same day we reached out to her and went above and beyond. We loved the decor, how spacious the unit was, the beautiful bathroom, and the use of a full, stocked kitchen. Everything is nice and updated and thoughtful. Would definitely recommend a car to drive to pop over to other parts of town and the beach!

Quaint style

the apartment was great and other tenants were quiet. We spent a lot of time inside and weren't disturbed. The block was a little loud some nights and days could get a bit warm but nothing unbearable.
