Lavish accommodations in the only gated community on the Seven Springs Resort in the Laurel Highlands of Western Pennsylvania! Ski in ski out access off the back deck! With a private ski lift for the gated community, free resort shuttle service, and access to the Southwinds recreation center featuring a large outdoor pool, hot tub, game room and fitness center, this is a prime location for a getaway any time of year!

Large three bedroom, three bath town home provides an open floor plan with flat screen TVs, two gas fireplaces, granite counter tops, central AC for summer comfort and plenty of sleeping accommodations. The entry level has a single car garage. The second level offers the living room, dining area, kitchen, one bedroom with full bunk beds that and one full bath. Located on the top level, the master suite features a King size bed, gas fireplace, a luxurious master bath with tiled walk-in shower, large bath tub for relaxing and his and her sinks. The top level also features a second bedroom with 2 queen beds and additional full bathroom.

Resort activities for the winter adventurer include skiing, sleigh rides, snowmobile and snowshoe tours, and snow tubing. Indoor activities include bowling, miniature golf, roller skating, game room, swimming, relaxing in a hot tub or enjoying the spa. For warmer weather outdoor lovers there's golf, zipline tours, mountain biking, alpine slide and tower, disc golf, fishing and chairlift rides.

Whether hitting the slopes, relaxing or enjoying all the indoor and outdoor adventures nearby, this property is a great location to host a getaway any time of year!

We had an excellent stay, the host was very accommodating and very responsive to communication. The unit was large and well laid out. Very nice furniture, decor, and appliances. Unit was very clean and kitchen well stocked. Looking forward to staying here again for our next trip.

The house is very nice and the neighborhood is my favorite at Seven Springs. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. My only complaint is that the lift to Southwind was down (and has been down for months) and all the runs in Southwind were closed and not groomed. In my opinion this changes the value of the rental as it is not the same ski in/ski out experience that I like to have and that I pay extra for. Had I known this ahead of time I would’ve probably booked a different house in a different area. Although that one area was a disappointment the home was very nice and our family had a good time! Thank you for sharing your home.

Great Ski House

Perfect for our ski trip. Clean, well stocked and ample room! Would definitely rent again. Only issue was the lift that enables ski in was not working; however you could ski out!!

Overall a great stay, however, the bath water in one bathroom was yellow and some of the dishes had to be washed prior to use as they were in the cabinet dirty.

Annual Family Skiing Trip 2023!!

We had a fantastic family skiing trip! House was top notch and very clean! Location was awesome - very easy to ski in and out! Had everything we needed!! Check in was keyless - host was very easy to get back to with any questions I had! Highly recommend this great place to stay - will be back!! Love Seven Springs!!

Wonderful place for a winter/ski vacation

This is our third year staying here and we keep coming back for many reasons. Just enough room and nice baths for our crowd. Wifi, Netflix, Hulu, etc and nice kitchen. It truly is ski-in/ski-out - many places advertise this but are not truly SI/SO.

Great location

This is our second time renting this property.The location is worth every penny. It’s perfect for two families (or 4) to get away for a ski vacation. The house is clean and the beds are comfortable. Brian is quick with a response to questions.

Great home!

We loved our stay here! Perfect size and had all the comforts of home. We ate in every night and I had everything I need to cook the things I brought with us. The ski out is perfect! The lift to ski in was never open so that was a bit tricky getting back. But that is not the fault of the home owner that is a Seven Springs issue! We would stay here again for sure!! Thank you!

Perfect!

This wonderful townhome was perfect for our annual snowboarding trip. Three adults and our six teens had plenty of space and the kids loved the ski in/ski out access! The kitchen was well stocked. Fluffy towels were a super nice bonus. All in all, a great house.

Great place!

We recently stayed for a ski trip at seven springs and had a great time. This unit had everything you needed, was clean, and spacious! The host was very responsive. Unfortunately the lift to the southwind development was down so we were only able to ski out. To ski in we had to use the shuttle or have someone pick up nearby via car in the development. Other than that it was a great stay and we would highly recommend this rental!
