Inlet Dunes 204 is a beautifully redecorated 1-bedroom condo located in a gated community just 1-block from the gorgeous white sands of the Emerald Coast in Inlet Beach, FL. This second floor condo sleeps 4 with its king-master and hallway bunks. The balcony's great pool view make it a great place for a relaxing breakfast, while planning your day of how to enjoy: the beaches, the pool, biking along 30A to Rosemary and Alys Beach, a little shopping and… Inlet Beach is a perfect location for a short or extended vacation in the highly desirable Inlet Beach area.

What is there to do on 30A?
1. Rent bikes from Paradise30A and ride through Inlet Beach, to Rosemary or through Alys Beach
2. Visit our beautiful Emerald Coast Beaches
3. Grab a slice of pizza from Pizza by the Sea and enjoy the concerts at the Villages.
4. Explore many of the man-made reefs off the coast

Disappointed
Location is the only thing this condo has going for it. The room was dated and needs a good deep cleaning. The balcony had a small bistro table with only one wobbly chair. The pool are was unkept and had green water all week. We love Inlet Dunes for its location but disappointed in this condo and the unkept pool area. Not to mention, the gate didn't work properly at entrance and stayed open most of week. For what you have to pay to stay here, it should feel like more than a 2 star hotel.

Wonderful Two Weeks
We enjoyed our stay. Pool was so nice and we were right next to the beach. Condo was ideal but the bathroom needed a tad of updating. Will definitely go back.
