Thanks for the great communication! Hope you come again!
The place is fantastic--very nice and new. We were there in winter for skiing and it was <10 min from Loon and just very nice inside. There were 8 of us we had plenty of room. The owner was super kind, helpful, and accommodating. We had a great experience there and highly recommend it!

Thanks, Alex! We were so lucky to have you as our first guest! Full house and we couldn't even tell you had been there!
Best way to create memories of lifetime. Kids 4 and 8 loved the stay and enjoyed swimming and running around the house and their bunk beds. We loved the cleanliness and quiet, scenery and peace of mind. Will return back 100%.

This is a beautiful condo. Everything is top of the line. Extremely clean in every area. Beds and furniture are super comfy. The kitchen has everything you need, even filtered water. If you want to kick back and relax, this is the place. A beautiful and quiet end unit. Excellent communication with the owners.

It was great having you. We love to have lots of communication!
We went up for the weekend with another family (4 adults and 2 kids), and the condo was perfect for us. The girls loved the fun bunk room with two sets of bunks. Everything was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The open kitchen/dining/living space was great for visiting with friends. The location was very convenient to our plans, including a visit to Ice Castles, skiing at Loon, and nearby shops and food. We enjoyed the rec center pool and hot tub after a day of skiing, too! Doreen made sure we had everything we needed and was lovely to work with. Overall a great experience!

Thanks so much, Sarah. Every time we go up, we try to improve it a bit for our guests and us!
My family was getting cabin fever being stuck at home for months during the pandemic. Our week-long White Mountains vacation was just what we needed to regroup and unwind. The townhouse was just as described; beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed. Noreen, the property owner, was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. My only regret is that I didn’t book our trip for two weeks. This place is a hidden gem. Thanks for sharing it with us, Noreen and Dave.

Lol. We feel the same way every time we go up! We never want to leave. Thanks for staying at our condo and we hope you come again! You were a great guest!!
This property was very clean and organized and is a great jumping off point for area activities. Communication with the owner and facility was easy and helpful.
The only down side I see is that if the temps dip really low in the Winter, it was below zero for an extended period during our stay, the single heat source is a challenge and you need to stay on top of air flow in the unit.
Outside of that, we enjoyed every aspect of the condo and the property and the kids really enjoyed using the pool, playing some air hockey, ping pong and video games at the Rec center.
We even used the shuttle bus to get to Loon and back one day and it was very helpful and convenient.

Was happy to have your family and thanks for leaving the home in great shape. We do have electric heat backup and we try to make it clear to all our guests to let us know if the heating isn't keeping up and we will give them access to the electric heat. We want our guests comfortable! PS, there is AC in the summer too!
We traveled to NH for a ski weekend. There were 4 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of room in this condo. The 3 bathrooms is a major plus!! The condo is right down the street from Loon, and plenty of restaurants to choose from. The condo was very clean when we arrived and met our expectations and needs. The heating unit is a little finicky, but you quickly get the hang of how to manage it to make sure the entire unit is comfortable. We also used the rec center pool and the kids loved that as well. We did not have any problems during our stay, but we had the owner’s cell number (Doreen) and I am confident she would have assisted us immediately if there was a need. We would definitely rent this condo again in the future!!
I took my two boys here (ages 11 and 13) for an end of the school year getaway. We've gone to Deer Park annually for the past 10 years and have stayed in several units there. We have always loved our experiences. This one, in particular, stands out as one of THE BEST! The townhouse itself is spectacular....easy to access, great location, beautiful views from the living room, dining room and master bedroom, beautifully furnished and decorated, updated kitchen and bathrooms, lots of natural light, washer and dryer in the unit and a grill on the back deck. Lots of room and very comfy beds! We all instantly felt at home. And the owner, Doreen, is an incredible hostess. She is genuinely concerned that renters enjoy everything about their experience and goes out of her way to make that happen. Everything about the stay was flawless. We can't wait to go back!

Wow, Sharon! Thanks so much. I really love to communicate with our guests and thanks for being a gracious guest and keeping our home in such nice condition!
We stayed at this property over a weekend in February when we visited the Ice Castles. The location was great - very close to the Ice Castles and to the downtown area. We didn't ski, but skiing was also very close by. The house was comfortable - we loved the fireplace and the reclining chairs. The heating situation was a little confusing and we were worried the house wouldn't be heated well by the one unit, but it ended up being fine. The electric heat was not accessible (control panels were behind a locked box), but we didn't end up needing any additional heat. My kids loved the bunk room and my daughter had fun swimming in the community center pool. The master bedroom bed was not very comfortable. It had a memory foam topper on it, but it wasn't all that comfortable. Other than the bed, we thought this condo was great!

Thanks for your review. Yes, we were confused by the heating system when we purchased the unit as we were unfamiliar with it as well but it does heat the entire unit well with the exception of the first floor bedroom. We leave the electric heat unlocked in that room for that reason. We are also very responsive to questions so if there were ever an issue, we could unlock the electric heat and it's nice to have a back up system in case of an issue with the gas heater. The new gas fireplace throws tons of heat too so I find I am usually turning the heat way down so I can enjoy the fireplace! We do try to check in with every guest after the first day to see if everything is ok. The memory foam is different, agreed. I love it, my husband doesn't. Some guests have inquired as to where to purchase one. The first floor queen bed has a traditional mattress so that is an option for those that don't love the memory foam. Bummed that this wasn't a 5 star experience for you. We care and try our best!
Owner is a great communicator and made sure our stay was great. The condo is exactly as described, with great views and comfortable couches and space for skis/boots in the entryway. Only wish we could have stayed longer!
The communication between Doreen and I was exemplary. She answered all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner, usually within the hour. The property was perfect for our family. The fact that each bedroom had its own full bath was an added bonus to our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with whatever you would need for a stay. The location was also super for our needs. We never traveled more than 5 miles for all that we did over the course of a long weekend. We will definitely be back.
We loved this rental! It was 5 minutes from Loon and 5 minutes from the Ice Castles. It also was a very comfortable rental. It felt like we were at home! There were multiple upgrades and the fireplace made it nice and cozy. This rental made us love the town of North Woodstock. We hope to stay here again!

You were wonderful guests. Great communication and great job even just getting there between a pandemic and a snow storm!!
My family and I truly enjoyed our weekend. If you are considering heading to Lincoln you will not be disappointed. It was very clean, well stocked and the beds were really comfortable with plenty of pillows. We enjoyed curling up on the couches in front of the fireplace and playing charades. We love the Deer Park property as well. My 13 year old son brought his mountain bike and spent time riding the 1 mile closed loop nature trail. I didn’t have to worry about him getting lost and he had fun. The recreation center is close by and fun for the kids. Doreen is an excellent host and was extremely responsive. She checked in multiple times to see how things were going and provided a helpful book of instructions should you have any questions
This property exceeded our expectations and the property owners couldn't have been more gracious and responsive. Our e-mails were answered immediately and every aspect of the available amenities of the property were accurately represented. We are happy to give our experience here a full and unequivocal 5 stars. It was the perfect place to come with our son, daughter-in-law and three little grandchildren who had a great time. What more can you ask?

NOT YOUR AVERAGE RENTAL>>>> We are often frustrated with rental properties when we travel. So many owners put every penny of profit over the guest experience, We have always strived to have the unit well supplied so that you do not need to shop for plastic bags, basic spices etc. Simple things like a new kitchen sponge for each guest, decent cookware that isn't old, scratched teflon and comfortable couches and beds make a huge difference in your trip. We care and want you to have an amazing experience. Great communication is important as well. If there are any issues, please let us know so we can try to resolve them. Our phone number will be in the guest packet in case of emergencies.
We have loved and enjoyed the White Mountians for years and now finally have a place to come to more often. We love to hike, snow shoe and search for moose on my husband's Harley. We are excited to share our home with you and hope you will take good care of it and enjoy it as much as we do!
Why they chose this property
We chose the White Mountains for our retirement home to spend time surrounded by natural beauty. We love to drive the Kanc or bike the Franconia Notch trail. We are always on the lookout for moose and bear. This area provides easy access to skiing, hiking, kayaking, SUP, biking etc. Ice Castles, Alpine Adventures, Storyland and Santa's Village are popular destinations for families. We love the White Mountains and our condo and really enjoy sharing it with our guests!
What makes this property unique
Views! That was a must for us when we decided to purchase here. Deer Park is a beautiful complex that feels more like a home than a condo. The pool, hot tub, lake and tennis/pickleball are icing on an already amazing cake! I admit that I have been frustrated with many rentals due to lack of owner attention. We try to provide all the little things that make your stay more comfortable!
