Deer Park River View Condo

This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo (second floor/end unit) sits directly on the beautiful Pemigewasset River. The master bedroom includes a queen bed, flat screen TV and attached master bath. The bunk room accommodates 4 and shares a bath with the other bedroom which has a full bed. The open concept living area contains a wood burning fireplace and a flat screen TV with cable (and DVD player), a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, washer/dryer. Sliding doors lead to a deck that overlooks the river.
Deer Park is a private resort community that offers beautifully maintained grounds, a 5-acre lake with beach for swimming and fishing, tennis and basketball courts, nature trail, playground and stunning views of the White Mountains. The clubhouse offers many amenities which include an indoor heated pool, hot tub, racquetball, volleyball, sauna, pool table, ping-pong and weight/cardio rooms.

Family Vacation

We had a great family vacation here and enjoyed the beautiful view of the river. Everything was exactly as listed and we had plenty of space for the 8 of us. Convenient location to everything and all the amenities were an added bonus. We would definitely recommend this condo!

Wonderful stay. Unit was as advertised. Everything was clean and well equipped, nice appliances, electronics, etc. Host was friendly and responsive. Location and amenities at Deer Park were perfect for our stay. Highly recommended.

Lovely stay!

We had a wonderful time and this condo was perfect! Plenty of space and the amenities were excellent! The kids loved the lake, the pool, the stream out back and being so close to so many attractions. We can not wait to return! Thank you!

Excellent property!

This place was super clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. The setting by the brook was charming. We delighted in sitting out on the deck. This was during Fall colors and they were gorgeous. Overall, a wonderful stay in a beautiful, spacious condo.

Wonderful place

My family had a quick getaway for a couple days. The condo was the perfect home base for all our activities. The condo offered the perfect place to rest from the days activities. Beautiful balcony that made morning coffee oh so fantastic while listening to the river. The condo was just as pictured and the host where great to work with! We will definitely stay here again!

My family had a wonder Week in Lincoln. The condo is just as it’s pictured online. It was very clean and fully stocked. The owners were great and communicated everything we needed to know in a timely manner. We would definitely rent again next summer.

Beautiful, tranquil Stay

The condo was perfect! a wonderful view of the stream while sitting on the deck. Perfect for morning coffee! This place is great for a small family or larger group. Wonderful hosts. They made sure we had exactly what we needed. We referred to their "instruction manual" several times! Would definitely rent again from them when in the North Woodstock area.

Making beautiful memories

We totally enjoyed the beauty of been so close to the river my grandkids enjoyed everyday walking done the river and sitting on the deck at night we were very pleased with our stay all the amenities the clubhouse offered everyone we met was polite and friendly and we also ventured out to some other activities with the kids( whales tale water park train ride the lost river and so many other places we visited. Again thank you so much we absolutely love it and look forward to visiting again

Great condo right on the river

Loved this property and ability to sit on the deck and be next to the river. Owners responded promptly to email and check in process was a breeze. Only thing I would recommend is having the kitchen stocked with some basic spices/condiments etc. Our group usually enjoys cooking a few meals together vs going out and there was nothing but salt/pepper. Other places we stayed at have always had basics but definitely not a big deal, just a suggestion. Had a wonderful stay.

Great Place to Stay

My family and another family that are our closest friends stayed at this property while attending the New Hampshire Highland Games. The location was perfect, very close to the Loon Mountain resort where the games were taking place, with a shuttle bus stop right at the end of the road. There were four children in the group, and they loved the bunkbeds. The adults enjoyed the open living and dining area, the balcony, and the view of the river right out back. The home was very clean and comfortable, and the hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. Check in and check out were nice and easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property, and would definitely consider staying here again!

Amazing Location, Amazing Accomodations

The property was spotless and exactly as listed. This was the perfect location for two moms that wanted to get away with a bunch of kids, great family location too. The bunk room was awesome, it had four bunk beds and a mattress available to pull out under one of the beds. There is so much to do on this property. The kids walked up the path by the river, which you can see from the deck, put tubes in and rafted down. We spent our rainy day at the indoor pool. There is also an amazing lake with a raft. There is so much on the property you never need to leave, however, It is extremely close to a lot of other attractions. The property owners are very responsive, kind and extremely knowledgeable about the area. This was my favorite stay with VRBO so far, we will definitely be back!

Enjoyed our stay here. Great location easy to get to restaurants, attractions. So clean. The only downside is during our stay the upstairs guests were very loud at night. But in general, we had a great experience. The host is very flexible for our checkin time which helped a lot.

Can’t wait to go back !!

Such a beautiful home. Sitting on the deck enjoying a cup of coffee while looking at the river was very surreal. The home was extremely clean and all the beds were very comfortable. I went with my five children ages 24-16 and everyone of them loved the place. The owners were very responsive. A great location with plenty to do. We are already thinking of making plans to go back this winter.
