Spacious 2 floor 3 bedroom condo located in the quaint village of North Woodstock. Located 2miles from Loon
Mountain this unit in the Alpine Village offers a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Leave the condo and walk
back in time to an All-American Main Street of old. Restaurants, Pubs, breakfast places, a variety of shops and
the local swimming hole are minutes away by foot. Enjoy the beautiful hiking trails and biking paths
of Franconia Notch State Park. Drive up the road to Clark's Trading Post and Whale's Tail Water Park. Head east
for ten minutes and find yourself in the White Mountain National Forest. Winter brings the ski season and quick access to Loon (5 minutes),Canon (10 minutes), Bettton Woods or Waterville Valley (30 minutes) ski areas.

Fall Weekend

Perfect getaway location for what we needed. Walking distance to the beautiful downtown area and a short drive to Loon Mtn, Kancamagus hwy, Cannon Mountain and other tourist areas. Loved our stay and hope to be back.

Great location

Great location in alpine village, close to downtown and walkable to the swimming hole. The location had everything we were looking for!

Great location, great stay

North Woodstock is a lovely quaint NE town. Very close to White Mtns, lots of great hiking. A fun place to be.

Great location

Place was very clean and the owner was nice and responsive. The location is the best part about the condo as it is within walking distance to the downtown area with restaurants. And the A/Cs in the unit were appreciated for a warm summer weekend.

Condo was conveniently located close to town and spacious. Could use some updating, but was as advertised. Owner was very responsive.

It needs more air conditioning in the summer heat but that seems to be everywhere in Maine. The beds are comfortable. Overall good.

Perfect location, very comfortable. Great outdoor space and yard! Walking distance to restaurants and swim spots. Great communication via text with the owner. Will come back!

Great location

My friend and I hiked the Franconia Ridge Loop and this was a great place to stay! It was super convenient/short ride to the trailhead, close to town, and just a comfortable place to unwind after the hike. The only suggestion would be for more check out instructions. We weren’t sure what to do with the linens/towels.

golf weekend

if only the weather had cooperated, it would have been perfect. Friday and Saturday were great, but sunday was a washout. Can you do anything about weather LOL

It's dated and in real need of updating.

I will say it was clean and very conveniently located. Some downsides. The dryer was not working, which in the winter and taking advantage of the winter sports can be a little inconvenient. The cookware in the kitchen is in desperate need of updating - silicone pans that are peeling, and lack of adequate equipment. Another disappointment was the unavailability of the fireplace - a big sign on it stating not to use. The furniture in the living room is VERY dated and worn. Refresh the paint on the walls and some updates, and this could be a great place!

North Woodstock Fall 2022

Property was nice neat and clean. Kitchen had essential things we needed. Very conveniently located to nearby businesses and closer to loon mountain and Kangamagus scenic highway. Owner was responsive and prompt in answering queries. My wife expected hair dryer. I would give 5 star to this property. Will recommend this to other people.

Awesome!

Stayed a weekend with friends for a weddeing. The space was well-maintained, included what was listed, and was more spacious than it looks in photos! The owner was easy to reach, helpful, and thoughtful in his communication. We had a great experience!
