It consists of 3 large bedrooms, a beautiful living room, an open kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet. Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival. Wifi included.

- On Place Chateaubriand, you can enjoy great seafood at Café de l'Ouest, the best burgers at Lion d'or, a Sunday lunchtime brunch at Maison Générale (booking recommended), and a friendly atmosphere at the Cargo Culte restaurant, with home cooking, tarts, salads, sandwiches and soups on the menu, all decorated in a brocante style. La Duchesse Anne crêperie, a historic establishment not to be missed.
- In the evening, you can choose between the Celtic atmosphere of St Patrick's Day, or the festive Belle Époque. If you're a cocktail lover, take a trip to La Fabrique, where you'll find a host of original cocktails. And if you prefer the nautical and sailing atmosphere, on the bas sablons harbour towards the St Servan district, you can listen to a concert or contemplate the sea at the Cunningham or on the terrace at the Cancalais!
