Blocks to the Beaches

Quiet and Comfortable with 2 king beds,1 bath. Everything you'll need for a memorable vacation is within 5 minutes. In North Naples we have two beautiful beaches, Mercato shopping district, great restaurants, and water sports all nearby.

Kitchen has new oven, new refrigerator, a microwave oven, toaster, and blender. Gas BBQ is on the patio, washer/dryer on the carport, and we provide beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for your trips to the nearby beaches. Park your car under a covered carport, the driveway will accommodate up to three more cars.

The owner offers discounted boat charters for 2 people per trip; if you are interested in fishing, shelling, and sightseeing.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Excellent stay

David is an exceptional host. The house had every single item possibly needed by a guest. It was clean, a lot of extra linens and towels, everything for a day at the beach. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to the Vanderbilt beach and a park. Whole Foods and Trader’s Joe are within a five minute drive. We are looking forward to come back next year. Thank you David.

Best vacation with Blocks to the Beach

We recently stayed at Dave's home for 3 weeks. He was an excellent host that offered friendly and quick communication. We've stayed at multiple VRBO homes but this was the first time we have actually met the host. He offered and we accepted what he referred to as the 50 cent tour which came in handy as all TV systems are a little bit different to work with. The home had everything we needed and more to make us feel welcome and enjoy our vacation. Dave was very generous with offering his parking pass for Collier county parking lots which was very useful and saved us money when visiting local parks. The beds were very comfortable as was the bedding and linens. We were also very lucky to have a nice new propane Bbq to use. A lot of homes we go to don't have one at all or they are pretty tired. The neighborhood is safe and we were able to ride our bikes to the beach within 10 minutes. We have booked time there again next year. Thanks Dave for sharing your home.

We were down for a softball tournament and unfamiliar with the area. Dave met us at the property and was helpful with directions and guiding us to the beaches. The place was very clean and the beds were super comfy!

Appropriately engaged and accessible owners. Location is convenient for sand and shopping. Place is comfortable and clean - modest yet contained everything we needed for cooking, relaxing, beaches, extra towels, washer/dryer, etc. Beach pass saved us a ton of money for parking. Fantastic time ... perfect for a small, beach-oriented family

The house was the perfect size for me, my daughter, and her two friends. Comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen with everything needed. Grocery was a 2-minute drive (either Publix or Walmart). Restaurants and, most importantly, the beach were minutes away. And Dave was on-point. Communication beforehand, during and at the end of the trip made things easy. Great time and certainly hope to return soon!

Nice getaway

The house was very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We were close to the beach and shopping. I’m always leery of beds (mattresses) when I travel and they were very comfortable. A true asset. David, the owner, was very helpful. He came over and showed us how to turn on the tv. Overall, we had a great time.

Defiantly would stay here again

From the very beginning way before we arrived David had excellent communication. Once we got there he was easily accessible to any questions we had. Always immediately got back to me. Honestly I picked his place based on the reviews he had. His place is clean , well stocked with everything we needed. We like to cook and we had everything needed. The location is truly the best. He has bikes available and all the things needed for a great day at the beach. It’s so close to the beach & really great places to eat. The bonus is if you want to go fishing or just go on his boat and sight see that’s available to !! We will defiantly return !! A great little place close to everything you might need or want. Located in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive to beaches, restaurants, and stores.
