About this property

Great Location for your vacation. Very Pet Friendly!. Close to Boardwalk/Beach.

To complete your reservation, you are required to complete and submit the Lodging Agreement, Guest List as well as provide the driver's license of the person age 25+ who signs the Lodging Agreement to the owner. The email is beachlover85@verizon.net.
We are just 4 blocks from the beach and end of the Boardwalk. Within walking distance are bus and tram services, a variety of restaurants, stores, bicycle and scooter rentals, water sports and Jolly Rogers Water Park. A short distance away are more shopping and restaurant options, miniature golf locations as well as Assateague Island, Berlin and Delaware.
Our condo is available for family and friend groups as well as student groups of up to 8 guests. We request compliance with the Condo Rules to ensure that everyone enjoys their stay. It is recommended that your pets are current on vaccines and flea/tick treatment. Please let us know the number of pets you will be bringing. Pet fees are $75 per pet Please ensure that you indicate the number of pets you are bringing.
Free on-site parking is available in the parking lot for only one vehicle per each unit. Violation is subject to towing. Free street parking is also available for additional vehicles.
Free WiFi is included.
The kitchen is fully furnished with all amenities, including pots, pans, cookware, dishes, glassware, coffee mugs, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and blender.
Each Bedroom features a full-size bed and a set of twin bunk beds. Children under the age of 6 are not permitted to sleep on the top bunk beds. Linens and towels ARE NOT PROVIDED but we do provide mattress covers, comforters and additional pillows and blankets. There is a towel and linen rental agency in the area - https://ocbeachandlinenrental.com.
The laundry room contains an iron and ironing board along with a dog / baby gate.
We provide 1 trash bag, 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels at the start of your stay.
Smoking is only permitted outside the condo. Please use the ash trays. Please be sure to pick up all trash outside the unit. The trash bin is located on the left front side of the parking lot next to the sidewalk. We do encourage recycling however you would have to drop off recyclable items at the lot across from Walmart.
There is a water hose on the left side of the house for rinsing off after your trip to the beach. A picnic table and charcoal grill are located in the back yard.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We are truly Beach Lovers and always enjoy a relaxing time in Ocean City. Our goal is to provide a very clean, modestly priced unit for vacation renters. Being Pet Friendly helps bring your entire family on vacation.

Why they chose this property

The condo is in an ideal location on a cul-de-sac within 4 blocks to the beach and south end of the Boardwalk. There are at least 12 restaurants within walking distance as well as places such as 7 Eleven, Old Pro Miniature Golf and Jolly Rogers .
The unit is spacious and new bedroom carpeting has recently been installed. There is a private deck as well as a back yard for you to enjoy. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for a family or group get-away. We provide bedroom pillows. All you need to do is bring your own bed linen, towels and if you prefer, your own pillows.

What makes this property unique

There is a front deck with a custom hand-made bench and table as well as deck chairs. There is a family size picnic table in the back yard, a grill and plenty of room for yard games. Each unit is assigned a spot for one vehicle in the parking lot but there is plenty of free parking on the street.
