This area is a prime vacation spot and we definitely saw way more visitors this past season. We understand how these two things factor into your overall vacation experience, however these are things that we do not directly handle. We truly hope to see you staying with us again in the future! I have searched for email, phone, or text records and I do not see any notes in your reservation that state you ever tried to report these issues to us during or after your stay.
