Welcome to “Sweet N Salty,” a beautifully designed luxury home in the desirable Greenway Park community along Scenic Highway 30A. This thoughtfully curated two-story retreat blends high-end coastal style with comfort and functionality, creating an ideal setting for families and groups to relax, reconnect, and enjoy effortless beach living.
The main level features a spacious open-concept living area with plush seating and a wall-mounted Smart TV—perfect for movie nights or winding down after a day at the beach. Coastal décor and Safavieh-styled furnishings set a calming tone throughout the space. Adjacent is the dining area with seating for eight, complemented by additional bar seating at the quartz island for casual meals or entertaining.
The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless-steel appliances, a flat-top ceramic stove, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, and gleaming quartz countertops. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, flatware, glassware, and small appliances including a K-cup coffee maker, blender, crock pot, toaster, popcorn maker, and hand citrus juicer—everything needed to prepare meals or mix vacation cocktails.
Also on the main floor is a guest king suite with elevated ceilings, a large walk-in closet, wall-mounted Smart TV, and a private en-suite bathroom featuring a quartz dual-sink vanity and tub/shower combination. A half bath and a separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located nearby, along with a beach gear closet stocked with chairs for guest use.
Upstairs, the primary king suite serves as a private retreat, complete with an oversized walk-in closet with organizers, flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities, and a furnished private balcony with deep-cushion seating—ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
