Beachcrest # 603 es un condominio frente al golfo de dos dormitorios con temática de playa muy agradable con una cama king en la habitación principal y dos camas individuales en la habitación de invitados. El sofá cama en la sala de estar se retira para que el condominio pueda dormir cómodamente hasta seis.

La cocina cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito, pisos de mármol natural y placa para salpicaduras. La unidad está recién pintada y tiene muebles nuevos en el comedor. Los pisos de mármol también se encuentran en la sala de estar y los baños y las alfombras en las habitaciones. Hay un televisor de pantalla plana de 42 pulgadas en la sala de estar y televisores en las dos habitaciones.

Disfrute de excelentes vistas desde este condominio del sexto piso.

Wonderful condo that was very nicely decorated. The condo was clean, had a beautiful view and is conveniently located in the heart of 30A. The BeachCrest condos value (price-to-location) is hard to beat. As a very minor suggestion-a few more blankets, a little maintenance on the sliding glass closet doors, a toilet plunger and a basic spice rack/including salt & pepper would be great. None of those issues detracted from a great condo that was a fantastic spot to stay- I would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful Beach Condo

Loved the condo, right on the beach! Only negative we needed more blankets and stove burners weren’t great. Benchmark Management was really good getting us the extra blankets! Great beach access and pool was nice! Our family would definitely come back!

Fantastic Condo

Pics of property were spot on to reality. Great condo. Nice updated kitchen and floors. Also both bathrooms were well done and new. View was beautiful from the nice size balcony. Condo was clean and very comfortable. Pool was small but nice and right at the beach front instead of in the parking lot like other places. Would definitely recommend this place at a great beach.

Great views

We had a great stay in this unit! The view was beautiful and the condo was decorated nice for our family of four. We had hoped to have had a blanket for the pull out couch. Also, the laundry room door fell out of the track and we had to move it away from its spot because it kept falling. Overall, everything was great. We love the building and its location.

Perfect Spot

The location was perfect. Easy to get in and out of and plenty of parking. The condo had everything we needed and the kitchen and living spaces were well set up. Heads up to everyone coming down, the beach chair set up starts around 630am and people are already down there reserving them first thing! So early bird gets the worm and it is SO worth it. Perfect week and we will definitely be saving this property to come back!

So gorgeous! I like that Benchmark gives a credit towards beach gear when booking a condo here. I was able to take a paddle board out this trip. We also love getting to chat with Jimmy who puts up the chairs/umbrellas each morning - He is very nice!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was newly remodeled, not ready for occupancy. Several appliances didn't work, the bathroom door stuck shut, the decor is black/grey/white - very dull. The furniture is spare. The unit is dark and dreary even on sunny days. The building maintenance staff was helpful and kind, but could not fix these things.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Beachcrest several times, this was first time in this condo. Great location! Close to shopping and restaurants. Love having the beach chairs included in the rental package. Only suggestion we have to make the condo more comfortable...new mattress, pillows and bed linens in the master bedroom. Also, would be nice to have a small cooler provided to take on the beach. But overall, we had great time and would recommend to friends and family!

Great Location, Beautiful View!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Beautiful Area - Condo left something to be desired

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our first night in the condo, there was what we thought to be a rodent in our master bedroom. Turned out to be a crab. The kitchen faucet didn't work for the majority of our stay, but was replaced the second to last day we were there and there was a roach in the kitchen.I had hoped Benchmark would have offered a partial refund or at the very least a discount on a rental for next year, but they just apologized and sent an email for us to book early for next year.
