Enjoy entertainment with three new smart TVs (compatible with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, and more) in the master bedroom, guest bedroom, and living room, along with cable and high-speed WiFi. Start your mornings with coffee at sunrise and unwind with a cold drink on your private balcony’s new dining set, soaking in the magnificent sunsets.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker, high-end Bosch stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials for preparing any meal. A beverage/wine refrigerator is conveniently located at the wet bar. The ocean-front master king bedroom features an en suite private bath with a tiled walk-in shower, while the guest bedroom, also with a king bed, is adjacent to the second full bathroom. The ocean-front living/dining room seamlessly connects to the kitchen and includes a queen-size sleeper sofa. Enjoy beautiful tile flooring throughout, a full-size washer and dryer, and accommodations for six guests.

As a guest, you’ll receive two chairs and an umbrella on the beach during the seasonal beach chair service, along with the option to rent kayaks and paddle boards nearby. The gulf-front pool, heated from October through May, is just minutes away, inviting you to swim year-round. Two well-maintained gas grills are available near the pool area for your grilling pleasure.
