All was great and weather was beautiful! This unit is lovely! Only complaint is there were no blankets provided for the sofa bed or beds in bedrooms.

Good location

We like staying at Beachcrest a lot. Beach is beautiful and clean and easily accessible from condo. We rent bikes to ride to Seaside and family has a great time.

Family summer for the win

We absolutely love the unit. The property is amazing. Seaside and Santa Rosa are some of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. The perfect relaxation ang just what we needed.

Great Location

Very clean and condition as advertised Right on the beach, and easy bike ride or walk to Seaside and restaurants. Did not cook much, but only negative was old pots and flat pillows. Otherwise, great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Most importantly the unit is clean. We loved the location and having complimentary chair/umbrella is a must when visiting 30A. Sofa is tired and needs replaced, as well as the mattresses. Mattresses were comfortable, but you can hear the springs coil when tossing and turning. Make sure you bring your own beach towels.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the exterior of the building isn't pretty, unit 804 was very nice inside. Needs a little TLC in places (bathrooms, trim) but it had everything we needed and more. The view never got old and having the beach chair set up included was key! The only thing I would recommend is having extra bath towels. We did laundry and washed the towels, but having an extra bathmat would have made things easier.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, great building. The unit/management is just ok. Several issues with plumbing--bathtub doesn't drain, dishwasher backs up into sink. Couch is stained and well past its best days. Asked management for more than one roll of TP and a garbage bag and was offered a partially used roll. One extra blanket for three beds. Its a very basic set up, so if you are used to a property that provides a more "comforts of home" experience, be aware.

Nice, but needs attention.

We booked this unit without remembering we had stayed in it before since it’s been 4 years. The unit is nice, mostly clean and incredibly convenient, but there are some things that desperately need attention. The couches need a deep clean (they’re clean, but with close inspection could use some treatment). The beds (all of them) are quite firm so if that’s not your comfort, this unit won’t be for you. Also, if you sleep cold, you’ll need to bring some extra blankets. The kitchen is well-equipped but the pans need to be replaced (we make breakfast and lunch everyday) because they are quite worn. We also did have some pests (a few in the kitchen and one in the guest bathroom). Showers are clean, but definitely old. Bedding on the beds was clean but some pillows were busted and one of the extras in the closet had a stain on it. We also found a sock in one of the drawers (not terribly disturbing but not thrilling either). Washer/dryer works well. Patio was wonderful for us because I like to be high up but my husband gets nervous. View was great of beach and pool. Patio furniture was great for napping and eating. As I said, the unit is nice, and worked for us, but we weren’t blown away by the luxury of it as we have been with some other units. You can’t beat the location and beach service though (but be prepared to get up early to snag your seat…they say you can’t save them and leave but everyone does so that’s kind of frustrating because you also can’t have a company set up reserved seats for you as you can at some other locations).
