Duplex, 6 people, 34m2, renovated in autumn 2019 in a modern and cozy mountain style.
2nd floor with open view over the valley, exposure due SOUTH.

Ground floor :
- entrance with storage
- bathroom: shower, wc and sink
- fully equipped kitchen: microwave grill, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, induction hob, raclette and fondue machine, fridge.
- living room: dining table, sofa and television

Upstairs :
- a separate mezzanine bedroom with 140cm double bed, storage and television
- a sleeping area with a sofa bed for 2 people and 2 bunk beds, large closet and television

Balcony with garden furniture and deckchair. Sunshine all day.

Non smoking apartment, no pets.

Departure and return on skis, on the 5th floor (elevator).
Ski school (Arc Aventure) at 50 m. ESF easily accessible on skis.
Reduction on ski passes, ESF lessons and equipment rental.
