The villa was a little remote for our family. We had a couple of issues with the villa but there was constant contact with the owner and the issues were resolved as soon as they could be.

Great Spacious house!

The house was great. Very clean and spacious. A few extras would have been a nice welcome. There was no soap or extra pillows/linen. The toilet seats also need mending. Plus rung at top of stairs. Owner was easy to get hold of. Location is very samey, but once out of street the lagoon and nearby beaches absolutely stunning. Great for a family stay!

Maison agréable, les pièces sont grandes. Il serait bien de remédier au vis à vis, coté piscine (manque de végétation). On voit que c'est une maison qui sert à la location (propreté cuisine : moyen) et façade pas entretenue. Au niveau des équipements, pas de grille pain et manque de prise dans les chambres pour brancher un sèche cheveux, par exemple. La personne qui se charge de l'arrivée des locataires, parle un français impeccable, c'est très agréable. On aurait bien voulu la connaître car c'était un accueil en autonomie.

Das haus hat an sich eine sehr gute Grundsubstanz, ist jedoch schon lang nicht mehr in Dchuss gehalten, die Sauberkeit lässt mehr als zu wünschen übrig, wir mussten als erstes bei Anreise erstmal alles putzen. Kein guter Start in den Urlaub

Gestor de propriedade cinco estrelas. Propriedade em si, casa bonita apenas equipada com o mínimo dos mínimos. TV muito pequena, net muito má, cadeiras da piscina horríveis, relva inexistente o que dá um aspeto de abandono. Casa inserida num bairro muito bonito, mas com a aparência mais feia. Os proprietários tem uma pérola que não está bem estimada. Volto a ressalvar gestor de propriedade top.

Infelizmente existiram algumas falhas nesta estadia relativamente ao imóvel que reservámos, designadamente a falta de aquecimento central que consta na publicidade, alguma falha na limpeza, bem como o relvado com dejecto de cães, falta de papel higiénico. A casa em si, corresponde às fotos apresentadas e tirando estas questões iniciais, a nossa estadia correu bem

Descanso em Óbidos

A nossa estadia foi muito agradável. Localização num local muito sossegado, com praia e lagoa próxima. A casa correspondeu ao anunciado, e possui todas as comodidades descritas. A anfitriã muito prestável e atenciosa. Apenas a apontar a distância a lojas de primeira necessidade (mercearia, farmácia, etc), mas é normal nesta região. Recomendamos vivamente uma estadia neste alojamento.

Férias tranquilas

É um espaço acolhedor numa localização tranquila. A piscina e o jardim são ótimos para relaxar. A proprietária mostrou-se sempre disponível para resolver rapidamente pequenas situações que surgiram, nomeadamente uma falha no serviço de internet.
