Hermoso apartamento completamente nuevo frente a la playa (segundo piso), vistas espectaculares y sonidos relajantes del océano Atlántico. Salga al balcón frontal de vidrio para experimentar la brisa del mar mientras se recuesta en la hamaca absorbiendo el amanecer o el atardecer tropical.
Solo hay un par de apartamentos en este complejo con esta vista única del océano frente a la playa.
Equipado y amueblado con todas las comodidades que permitirán una experiencia vacacional inolvidable con o sin niños.
A unos pasos de una de las muchas piscinas y jacuzzis calientes. Disfrute sus vacaciones en un maravilloso complejo ubicado en Loiza, Puerto Rico. Ubicado a solo 20 minutos del Aeropuerto Internacional de San Juan, accesible a través de una ruta escénica siguiendo la línea del océano o una autopista moderna, en la ciudad de Loiza. Lejos del ruido y el ajetreo de la ciudad, pero a pocos minutos de centros comerciales, campos de golf, restaurantes y atracciones turísticas de fama mundial, como la selva tropical Yunque y la playa de Luquillo.

Excelentes vacaciones en Aquatika

Excelente lugar para pasar unas vacaciones y tomarse un buen descanso .Luego de registrarme en HomeAway la búsqueda fue muy fácil. La propietaria (Damaris Colón) fue muy atenta y accesible en todo momento, antes y durante nuestra estadía.Todos los alrededores del lugar estaban impecables y la seguridad es estricta y siempre esta presente .El apartamento esta totalmente equipado y en excelentes condiciones. Mi familia y yo pasamos unos días espectaculares. Gracias

This was a perfect choice for our family vacation. The apartment had everything we needed including sand toys for our toddler to enjoy the beach. Watching the sunset over the ocean from the balcony was a great way to end the day. When we had trouble figuring out how to turn on the main A/C, Damaris was quick to respond and help us find the remote. Would absolutely recommend this ti anyone looking for a good place to stay in Puerto Rico with good access to El Yunque, Fajardo, San Juan, and more.

Amazing family vacation

We had an amazing time in Puerto Rico! We had a party of 6 families who booked at Aquátika for spring break. It’s a perfect resort for kids of all ages and the friendly 24/7 security gave us comfort to let our teens have freedom from their parents. There is so much to do between the beach, pools, basketball court, mini-golf, playgrounds, volleyball, etc that our teens were content all day. The lazy river is currently out of order as it’s under repair and I wish that had been communicated prior to our stay. Communication with our host was easy and the check-in process went very smooth. The property was a convenient middle point location from the airport, rainforest and day trips out of the Fajardo area. Our unit was spotless and had most everything we needed for the week. I enjoyed the stunning ocean view from our balcony as I sipped my coffee each morning and the hammock was a relaxing touch. We were expecting a grill, as shown in pictures but there is no grill. Fortunately our friends in the unit next door had a grill so we didn’t have to use the public ones. The AC units work great and kept us cool when we were in the apartment. Even with turning them off during times were left, the AC from the bedrooms quickly cooled the entire apartment once we turned them back on. The neighborhood outside the resort is quite run down with not a lot to do locally so you definitely want to rent a car if you plan to stay here. Overall our stay was incredible and would recommend

Perfect location. We never had to drive over an hour to get anywhere we planned to go. El Yunque, Old San Juan, Fajardo, and any restaurant that was recommended to us, was not out of the way. I would recommend this location! Three thumbs up!

Family VACA to Puerto Rico

The Property was locates nicely on the beach but stores and and restaurants were a bit of a drive. Walmart was a 20 minute drive. The Tropical Storm / Hurricane came in the last 2 days of our stay, leaving us without power. The owners were very kind and brought us flash lights and showed us how to shut the storm shutters. We were also without a microwave and dishwasher for the first 2 days but that was also fixed. The property was very clean but dated. However the sheets were quality and the beds very comfortable. My issues with the property was with the Management of the properties. It was not as advertised. The lazy river was not working and was full of debris. Also the slide that was shown was chained closed and had obviously been closed for a very long period of time. Other visitors, who had been coming for several years, say they have never seen it open. Overall we had a great time and very much enjoyed our stay. As we tell our Grandchildren, we had an adventure!

We loved staying in this condo! It is a fantastic location right off the beach. The bedrooms were exactly what we needed. It is very clean and had a washer/dryer. I would recommend renting a car and exploring! We will definitely stay here again!

Pleasant stay

Aquátika is a great place for families. 6 families flew in for a reunion and we were able to get our own apartments yet be together. The host was great answering any questions very quickly. The view was great, just feet from the beach. There is no AC in the living room which we knew but it was very hot and humid so went to the pool in the evenings to hang with the family as late as we wanted. Other units do have AC in living rooms. Apartment is equipped with beach chairs and breach gear and towels which was nice. Kitchen was stocked with basics so we didn’t have to go and buy coffee or sugar. Water slide and lazy River were not working which did disappoint some of the kids. You definitely need a car but a few eateries near by… nothing fancy. Recommend Herrera 5 mins away. Casual on the beach, good drinks and even danced Bomba. Small supermarket 5 mins away and Walmart 20 min away. We went to OSJ and Condado (45 mins) and El Yunque. (25 mins). Overall a great experience. We would come back.

Great Stay!!

Our family has never visited Puerto Rico, so we were super excited for our stay! The check-in process was smooth and we were greeted by super nice people at security. The condo was clean and as described with an amazing view! The facilities were beautiful as well! There were so many amazing pools that overcrowding was not an issue . I do wish that the lazy River would have been functional while we were there and that this slide was open more than a couple days a week, but that did not deter from the fun that we had . We would happily stay here again!!

Great views, lots of space!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Aquatika and this spacious, beachfront unit. Kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed having access to the beach chairs, pool toys and cooler. The hammock was a huge plus! A couple improvements which could be made include the AC unit in the twin beds' room did have somewhat of a loud rattle, and the kitchen stove fan didn't seem to work. Overall, the unit provided an ideal layout for a group needing extra space and unbeatable views.

Perfect spot

We loved our stay at this lovely condo. The whole property was beautiful, well maintained and exactly what we needed for the kids. The beach view is hard to beat. I would stay here again. And again and again! The property provided so many things, from floaties to blenders, to make the stay easy and communication was top notch. One of my best VRBO experiences ever!

Amazing views and peaceful stay!

My family had a wonderful vacation, 5 nights. The view from the balcony was amazing, we could sit and drink our coffee and watch the waves roll in. There is a blender and we enjoyed making pina coladas. The filtered water pitcher in the fridge was a great benefit, and we used it and refilled daily. The condo is well cared for and very clean. Beds are comfortable and the bedding very soft. The standing fan in the living room we moved to the hallway during our stay to push the cold air toward the living area and kitchen, this worked well for us and helped cool the area since we only ran the air conditioners while we were in residence (as requested). And the small ice chest was another added bonus. Ralph’s for groceries is a must, extremely clean store with everything we needed. My husband and son enjoyed snorkeling in the waters off the beach, spotting some sea urchins, lionfish, and other colorful tropical fish. The pools were nice to relax in and cool off, the property was very well maintained and they were always working on cleaning it up and mowing. The neighborhood driving to the complex is a little rough, but we felt extremely safe. We visited Pinones Beach and food kiosks, better than any restaurant we went to and the people were very friendly. Snorkeling off this beach was great, water was calm. I would recommend water shoes at all times due to sea life. We saw many types of coral, sea urchins, lionfish, barracuda, and the tiniest tropical fish.

Family Vacation at Aquatika!

We had a wonderful week and the condo had everything we needed! The beach chairs, floats and cooler were an added bonus. We found ourselves filling the cooler with waters and snacks for every road trip that we took. The hammock was used a lot! Thank you for sharing your condo with our family of 4. We took several adventures and highly recommend the rainforest waterslide hike out of Fajardo as well as a zipline tour. We didn't spend a lot of time at other beaches on the island as the beach out front of the condo was perfect for relaxing, swimming and sunsets without the crowds.

Magnificent Views of the Sea and the Mountains!

What a safe and secure place to stay in lovely Puerto Rico! Everything was so clean and comfortable. We were a little concerned about not having AC in the kitchen and living area, but they have a nice fan that we moved to the hall to share the cool air from the bedroom, and that worked perfectly. Damaris is the most generous host, and we had everything we needed for our stay. (Thank you so sincerely!) Can’t wait to visit again!

Fantastic vacation rental!

I stayed at this property with my son and my best friend and her family. Kids ranged from 7-15 and they never got bored! The condo was stacked with everything you need for a beach vacation including floaties, beach chairs, sand toys and towels. They even had a basketball and mini golf clubs and balls to play on the course there. The beach was so close and the pool was just around the corner. They did not have the water slide on during the week which was a little disappointing but we still enjoyed the property. This location was good in the sense it was in between San Juan and Farjado so you could get to activities pretty easily. All in all we had a fabulous week in Puerto Rico!

Wonderful stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment had a beautiful view and we loved to sit at the balcony and look at the water, just wish the beach was longer so we could go for walks. The bedrooms were totally fine, the single beds little short for my teenage sons, but we made it work. The kitchen had everything we needed. It took us about 45 minutes to get to the airport, about 25 minutes to the rain forest. Overall good experience with our stay.

The pictures don't do this place justice. Family of five stayed here for five days and didn't run out of things to do and never got over the beauty of the beach and the grounds. I'm already planning my next stay.

Great unit!

Damaris's unit was exactly like she described. It's clean, comfortable and family friendly! There was more than enough room for my family (husband, parents and children [school age and toddler]). It was awesome having two bathrooms and three separate rooms. The living area is also separate from the rooms which allowed the little ones(or adults) to rest while others hung out in the main area(watching tv, talking, and cooking). As for the actual property, it's nice. There is a ton to do, swimming, basketball, volleyball, and more. The pools were ok, the kiddy pool area was nice but definitely could be cleaned and there were cut out holes in the pool skimmers which made me worry when my daughter was playing. The beach was beautiful to look at but we didn't enjoy it as much as the other beaches we visited which there are several near by so not a big deal. Other than that... It was great having 2 parking spaces and the VIEWS of the mountains and ocean were awesome! Lastly, Damaris was super responsive from before the reservation to the last day. Thank you, from my whole family!

Great private beach, comfortable unit

We loved that the unit has a beautiful view of the beach, and it was so easy to access. We were there for a week and the beach and pools were never crowded. Our kids loved swimming in the pools, but there was a lot of debris in them. The location of the property was great for us, we went to the biobay in Fajardo one day, San Juan one day, and El Yunque one day. The property was in the middle of all of these so we didn't have to spend too much time driving each day. The beds were all comfortable and we enjoyed the ac in the rooms. Damaris was so easy to communicate with, she checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable. She let us know as soon as the unit was ready for us to check in, and everything went very smoothly. It was a great place for us to stay with our 3 kids (ages 10 and under). Thank you!

Graduation Trip

This condo was the perfect location for everything we wanted to do! 30 - 45 mins from El Yunque, Luquillo beaches and kiosks, Casa Bacardi, Old San Juan and bioluminescent kayaking in Fajardo! The condo itself had all the stuff we needed for the beach and the pool. The beds are perfectly comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with anything you need. Loiza is not a tourist area; however, the condo complex is like it’s own mini neighborhood. It’s huge, the private beach is perfect and the pools were never over crowded. There is 24 hour security and we felt completely safe at all times. This host….I can not say enough good things about her. We knowingly went to Puerto Rico during a drought when many municipalities were having water rationing (which I do not recommended). Our host, Demaris, kept us up to date every day, multiple times a day, with the schedule for the water. She was just as upset as us when the water company was not sticking to the schedule being sent out. She even offered to let us come to her own personal home to shower when we had been without water for almost 48 hours. We would most definitely stay here again!!! We love Puerto Rico!

As advertised

A good location to stay. It was on the beach and 20 minutes away from major sites and stores. I would suggest putting in a smart tv. I wished I could have used my Netflix and other streaming accounts.

I am born and raised in New York City. I came to Puerto Rico and fell in love not only with the island. Also it's beautiful beaches and the diversification of natural wonders throughout the island. I also found a great souvenir my husband. I have been living on the island since 1983. I graduated from Wagner College on Staten Island. I have taken finance and management courses as continuing education.

It is a totally beachfront property. The view is amazing. it inspires tranquility and calmness. Just what you need for the perfect vacation.

My Property's uniqueness is the the beautiful ocean view and sounds of the aqua blue water. Also close enough to the pools but without all of the noise you hear from the our guests enjoying the pools.
