Beautiful Brand new beach front apartment (2nd Floor), spectacular views and relaxing sounds of the Atlantic Ocean. Step out onto the glass front balcony to experience the ocean breeze as you lay in the hammock absorbing the tropical sunrise or sunset.
There are only a couple of apartments in this complex with this unique beach front view of the ocean.
Equipped and furnished with all the amenities that will allow for an unforgettable vacation experience with or without children.
Steps away from one of many swimming pools and hot Jacuzzis. Enjoy your vacation in a wonderful complex located in Loiza, Puerto Rico. Located only 20 minutes away from the San Juan International Airport, accessible through a scenic route following the ocean line or a modern expressway, in the town of Loiza. Away from the noise and hustle of the city but within minutes of shopping malls, golf courses, restaurants and world famous tourist attractions such as the Yunque Rain forest and Luquillo Beach.

We appreciated the views from the balcony, and the fact the property was in the building furthest north, away from most of the people near the multiple pools. The private beach had soft sand, and is mostly limited to those with wristbands from the property.

This was a perfect choice for our family vacation. The apartment had everything we needed including sand toys for our toddler to enjoy the beach. Watching the sunset over the ocean from the balcony was a great way to end the day. When we had trouble figuring out how to turn on the main A/C, Damaris was quick to respond and help us find the remote. Would absolutely recommend this ti anyone looking for a good place to stay in Puerto Rico with good access to El Yunque, Fajardo, San Juan, and more.

Truly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful place with a private beach! Close to many other beautiful beaches, 2 convenient mercados close by for groceries and most other needs. We couldn't have been happier with our stay!

Awesome!

We loved staying in this condo! It is a fantastic location right off the beach. The bedrooms were exactly what we needed. It is very clean and had a washer/dryer. I would recommend renting a car and exploring! We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location. We never had to drive over an hour to get anywhere we planned to go. El Yunque, Old San Juan, Fajardo, and any restaurant that was recommended to us, was not out of the way. I would recommend this location! Three thumbs up!

We loved our stay here! The condo was awesome. JC was super helpful. The ocean is close by and we found the private beach to be better than others we visited. We would absolutely book another stay in this condo!

Perfect spot

We loved our stay at this lovely condo. The whole property was beautiful, well maintained and exactly what we needed for the kids. The beach view is hard to beat. I would stay here again. And again and again! The property provided so many things, from floaties to blenders, to make the stay easy and communication was top notch. One of my best VRBO experiences ever!

Ocean front with perfect central location...

This condo was clean and had all the amenities of home. The location was perfect; centrally between San Juan and Fajardo, with El Yonque close by. Great water park for the kids not to mention ocean front. The owner is very helpful and available for any questions one may have. I will definitely put this condo in my list of favorites. Thank you Damaris for a great stay.

Great Stay!!

Our family has never visited Puerto Rico, so we were super excited for our stay! The check-in process was smooth and we were greeted by super nice people at security. The condo was clean and as described with an amazing view! The facilities were beautiful as well! There were so many amazing pools that overcrowding was not an issue . I do wish that the lazy River would have been functional while we were there and that this slide was open more than a couple days a week, but that did not deter from the fun that we had . We would happily stay here again!!

Fantastic getaway

We brought our family of 3 here for a much needed getaway. We wanted warmer weather, quiet, and the beach! We had a fantastic experience. Just a short drive from the airport, the unit was exactly as advertised and perfect for us. Damaris was excellent responding to all our questions, and everything went smoothly. It was a great week!

Great place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed the Aquatica resort. Everything at the resort and in the condo was quiet, neat and very clean. The resort is also in a good location if you want to see the rainforest and LaQuillo beaches. The personal escort by Damaris from our car rental to the resort was very much appreciated, and she and her husband were very helpful and cordial. Everything was as advertised. We hope to stay with you again someday! Thanks, Damaris!

Wonderful stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment had a beautiful view and we loved to sit at the balcony and look at the water, just wish the beach was longer so we could go for walks. The bedrooms were totally fine, the single beds little short for my teenage sons, but we made it work. The kitchen had everything we needed. It took us about 45 minutes to get to the airport, about 25 minutes to the rain forest. Overall good experience with our stay.

Great views, lots of space!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Aquatika and this spacious, beachfront unit. Kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed having access to the beach chairs, pool toys and cooler. The hammock was a huge plus! A couple improvements which could be made include the AC unit in the twin beds' room did have somewhat of a loud rattle, and the kitchen stove fan didn't seem to work. Overall, the unit provided an ideal layout for a group needing extra space and unbeatable views.

Perfect!

The house was perfect for our group!! We greatly enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean while drinking coffee or sitting in the hammock reading a book. The beach was quiet, the sand is so soft, and the condo had everything we needed to spend the day enjoying the ocean. Damaris was available to answer all of my questions and checked on us regularly.

we had a wonderful time at the condo. it was lovely, right on the beach, and every amenity was provided. we were also very close to a number of PR activity areas. we were able to easily travel to san juan, luquillo, and the rainforest. we even ventured to a local kiosk called sonja's and had delicious rice, beans, alcapurrias, and pastellios. we took advantage of the internet, hbo, and hammock! thanks damaris

Magnificent Views of the Sea and the Mountains!

What a safe and secure place to stay in lovely Puerto Rico! Everything was so clean and comfortable. We were a little concerned about not having AC in the kitchen and living area, but they have a nice fan that we moved to the hall to share the cool air from the bedroom, and that worked perfectly. Damaris is the most generous host, and we had everything we needed for our stay. (Thank you so sincerely!) Can’t wait to visit again!

Great Private Getaway for Family

I would recommend this place to a family looking for a quiet, private place to spend some vacation time. I felt very safe with the gated community next to a police station. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The property was very clean and well maintained. It was not to far from many shopping/dining places, but you will need a car for transportation. The only thing that was disappointing was that the waterslide and bar/restaurant were only open on Sat/Sun. All in all my family had a great time.

Great stay in a great development

Demaris' second floor condo is amazing, and she was a great host. The view of the ocean from the spacious balcony is priceless, and the view of the rain forest from the kitchen is a bonus. The condo is roomy, very well equipped and everything works! The grounds are well kept. The main pool was warm as a bath, and although the beach is not long, it is great for swimming, sun bathing and sitting in the shade enjoying the ocean breeze. You will be hard pressed to find another place as relaxing and secure as Demaris' condo in Aquatika.

Perfect location with amazing views.

This was my first time in Loiza so my story is first impressions are a lasting impression. I am thoroughly impressed with the oceanfront view from the balcony, the mountain side from the kitchen- just beautiful. The restaurants nearby were great and the residents were pleasantly welcoming. Aquatika has putt-putt golf, basketball courts, children’s playgrounds, swimming pools and lazy pooI. Our host was personable and called/texted whenever we needed guidance. I am so satisfied. I look forward to going back and staying at this site and with this host.

Family Vacation at Aquatika!

We had a wonderful week and the condo had everything we needed! The beach chairs, floats and cooler were an added bonus. We found ourselves filling the cooler with waters and snacks for every road trip that we took. The hammock was used a lot! Thank you for sharing your condo with our family of 4. We took several adventures and highly recommend the rainforest waterslide hike out of Fajardo as well as a zipline tour. We didn't spend a lot of time at other beaches on the island as the beach out front of the condo was perfect for relaxing, swimming and sunsets without the crowds.

My Property's uniqueness is the the beautiful ocean view and sounds of the aqua blue water. Also close enough to the pools but without all of the noise you hear from the our guests enjoying the pools.
