River View Retreat**
One bedroom beach cottage on Narrow River. Quiet and private with nice large grass lawn and fire pit. Indoors with air conditioning, tile floor and washer and dryer. Stainless counters and kitchen stocked with pans and glass wear. Immaculate home with internet wifi and views of the river. **Optional kayaks that guests can use with the property so you can slip out onto the water a few steps away. Close to 6 state and local beaches- 15 minutes to Newport, Charlestown, Universityif Rhide Island , Wickford, Jamestown and Westerly. Lots to do or stay at home for relaxation - fishing area at end of street so cars do park in state lot -and launch small watercraft but not troublesome to house guests - walking paths nearby and plenty of beach areas
