Brogan Villa est situé dans une position isolée unique à proximité de la plage et idéal pour des escapades en famille - WiFi complet.

La location de la villa comprend l'utilisation gratuite du buggy Polaris ATV 4 roues motrices.

Brogan Villa peut accueillir 10 personnes dans 5 chambres sur deux étages, toutes avec accès WiFi complet. La Villa est entièrement alarmée avec une entrée électrique.

Idéal pour les grandes vacances en famille car les deux étages sont entièrement autonomes.

A l'étage, une cuisine entièrement équipée, un coin repas décloisonné, un salon et trois chambres.
- Chambre 1 avec lit 6FT4 "
- La chambre 2 dispose d'un lit king-size ou peut être aménagée en 2 lits jumeaux
- La chambre 3 a un lit Kingsize

A l'étage a 2 salles de bains (Chambre 1 a une salle de douche attenante - Chambre 2 et 3 partagent une salle de douche)
Toutes les chambres ont de hauts plafonds, sont entièrement climatisées et disposent de ventilateurs de plafond.

Au rez-de-chaussée, l'hébergement comprend une grande cuisine ouverte, un coin repas et un salon avec des portes-fenêtres donnant sur la piscine.
- La chambre 4 a un lit Kingsize
- La chambre 5 a un lit Kingsize
Les deux avec En-Suites et entièrement climatisé.

Le rez-de-chaussée s'ouvre sur la plus grande piscine où il y a un parfait bain de soleil autour de la piscine principale qui est équipée d'un bar extérieur comprenant un réfrigérateur, un évier extérieur et un barbecue donnant sur la mer des Caraïbes et la petite crique Trou Rolland.

L'accès à la villa Brogan est légèrement cahoteux, alors préparez-vous à une approche légèrement hors route en descendant!

Les clients peuvent pré-commander des produits d'épicerie et des fournitures pour la livraison avant l'arrivée.
La location comprend une femme de ménage 3 jours par semaine, l'entretien de la piscine et du jardin, des articles ménagers de base et l'utilisation complète du buggy Quad Polaris 24/7.

Cyrus, notre directeur de maison est à votre disposition pour tous vos besoins. Le transfert aéroport peut être organisé, tout comme de nombreuses excursions magnifiques sur l'île. La location de voiture livrée directement à votre porte peut également être organisée. Un chef est disponible sur demande.

D'un point de vue personnel, la villa est idéale pour les vacances en famille car elle permet à 10 personnes d'être ensemble, mais également d'avoir un espace à part avec l'avantage que le logement en bas est complètement autonome. Nous avons trouvé que cela fonctionne bien lorsque des amis sont restés ainsi que d'autres parents.

We had a group of 10 (5 couples) and it was great that everyone had their own personal space. The ATV was a welcome addition and the pools were fantastic!

We fell in love with Brogan Villa! The house, location, house staff and amenities were more than we imagined. I would recommend this stay for adventurous and independent travelers. It’s a little off the beaten path for St Lu, but very accessible to Marigot Bay which is small but special with everything you need (except for a bank or grocery store- 20 minutes drive away). The private cove at the bottom of the hill was secluded and special. On the weekends Ian will catch fresh fish for you and cook up dinner on the beach, it was amazing! Natalie the house keeper, Zarius and Nigel the managers were helpful and attentive. We had fun driving the atv- can’t believe it’s included in the house. WiFi great. Bed’s comfy. Hardly any bugs at all. This is a developing country so keep that in mind. The power can go out, water pressure is iffy but reliable.Debbie our host was helpful and answered all questions. Our group loved the vacation and we would return!!! One Love St Lu!!

"Broken Villa"The following issues occurred during our visit:A broken toiletA leaky refrigeratorA leaky washing machineSecurity system not workingElectrical gate not working.Different bed sizes than listed.Limited housekeeping (Not as advertised)Pool turned green and was unusable for a portion of our stay. No running water one day. An air conditioner in one bedroom that worked inconsistently. No air conditioning in common areas. ATV breaks down often.The converter provided at the home blew out our hairdryer (only one working converter provided)No access to drinkable water (water came out brown at one point), which is critical to know in advance as visitors.Secluded beach is known as a place where people have been mugged.Driving services were very expensive 35-50 per person for each drive. We found another government certified driver that was 1/2 the price.Our group of 10 does NOT recommend this stay.

Beautiful house off the beaten path

We had a wonderful end to our holiday at Brogan Villa. We spent the first 7 days on a boat and finished with 4 days in the house. Easy access to restaurants, with easy drive to a local grocery store. The kids loved the pool and the house was a great size for two families. Great communication with Nigel and Debbie. We would definitely recommend this house for your vacation here.

Very beautiful villa in Marigot

The villa was gorgeous. Short walk or side by side ride down to the cove with the BEST snorkeling. You can swim to the next beach over if you are a good swimmer. Cyrus, the house manager, was so awesome. He cooked for us one night, I definitely recommend doing that. The house has two pools. Would stay again!

Fabulous

8 of us stayed at the villa, lots of space. Beautiful villa. Everything was as stated. Kitchen had everything you needed. Nigel, the house manager was fantastic and has a wealth of knowledge regarding St Lucia. Zarius was also very helpful, along with Natalie. All st Lucians are kind and caring. Thank you Debbie, our host, for allowing us to stay at your villa. We had a marvelous time Do not hesitate stay at this villa. I would highly reyot. P S the Polaris was a great feature

Remote Hideaway

The house was clean and up to standards. Had a small problem with a/c in one room but was fixed in a timely manner. Overall the place was perfect if not planning to venture out across the island. The roads and traffic on the island are horrible.

Saint Lucia property

It is a beautiful location in the middle of private area. Very quiet just a few steps to the private beach. Very nice house clean, beautiful kitchen bedrooms, bathroom, outdoor pool. Management is always very helpful. He can cook he can accommodate anything you need. I would highly recommend it for everybody.

Amazing location! Great views , beautiful house!

We had a lovely stay! There are multiple floors with a master on each of the two levels. AC worked amazing in each bedroom. Kitchen was well stocked. Driver was prompt and friendly getting us from the airport. Cyrus was fantastic as well, he is the house maintenance. Debbie was super friendly and really quick for communicating any questions. We will absolutely stay again someday!!!

Best stay ever!

We all are world travelers and I have to say this was one of the best stays we have ever had during our vacation! Debbie was extremely helpful and prompt with responding to any questions we had before our trip and trust me we had so many! Nigel (our beloved driver/tour guide/local friend) was also very easy to contact via WhatsApp and he made our trip extra wonderful. He just went above and beyond to take us around St. Lucia to show us all the wonderful places and recommend the best places to eat, take us shopping at Massy wherever we requested. Nigel you were the best! We also enjoyed talking to Zarious who was the Gardner at the property and just so welcoming and friendly. He and Nigel teamed up to bring over some local food that was prepared by a local chef to the property and made sure we properly enjoyed the local flavors. We are very thankful to the whole team at this property and would highly recommend Brogan Villa to anyone visiting St. Lucia.

Great trip

This property was perfect for us. We were a group of 5 women who have been friends since elementary school celebrating a big birthday. The house was perfect for us as we each had a bedroom, the Polaris gave us access to nearby restaurants and the beach as well as exploring the neighborhood. Nigel was wonderful driving us when we we needed to go to the grocery store, etc. and keeping us informed. We were happy we hadn’t rented a car as the roads are terrible and unmarked. We did do a one day Land and Sea Tour which picked us up locally and we went through the rain forest, snorkeled, saw the waterfall, mud baths, and bat cave. Everyone we met was lovely. Loved the local restaurants - Villa, JJ’s and Chateau Mygo. Doolittle's had decent food but the service was terrible but we did use their ferry and beaches.

Lovely host but villa and location were just ok

The villa owner is really lovely and very responsive to any questions. Unfortunately there were too many issues with the villa to give it more than 3 stars. The AC in a couple of the rooms kept breaking, the refrigerator needed to be repaired while were there, the oven did not work, there were dishes left in the drying rack from the previous guests when we arrived, etc. There is a small shady cove nearby that offers pretty good snorkeling but you will definitely need water shoes to get past the sharp rocks on the shoreline out into the water, and you will need to bring your own snorkel equipment.The Polaris that was provided with the villa was perfect because it was definitely needed to get to Marigot Bay.

Perfect location

Debbie (the owner) was great. Her villa is stunning with a great property and views of the Caribbean. We loved the location because it was private and away from the traffic and hotels on the north side of the island. The pools were great and the beds are comfortable. It's a great place to stay. We loved the cove for snorkeling but wear water shoes or enter from the dock because it is rocky but lots of fish and colorful coral. Once you learn the area you will love it. You can walk to Margot bay easy enough but we rented a car and drove all over. The Polaris doesn't turn great and needs back tires so we didn't go far with that just to the bay. All in all we loved it there.

Brogan Villa

Just amazing. Can’t fault Brogan Villa. Debbie, Cyrus, Nigel, and Natalie are a great team and make you feel welcome from the moment you step off the plane. The local beach is perfect. Marigot Bay, so close and easy to get to. You don’t need to use the Polaris to get to the beach (it’s so close), but it was very useful to pop down the hill to Marigot Bay. The Villa (close by) was an excellent place to eat, in or takeaway, they will even come and get you from Brogan. A meal cooked by Cyrus is a must, as is a sailing trip with Bateau Mygo, a trip our family will never forget. Many happy memories our family will cherish forever, we loved everything about Brogan Villa, didn’t want to come home and would love to visit again sometime.

Hot Mess

House needed much up keep. No A/C in lower bedroom for stay. Reported 1 st day not fixed till last night. Clogged drain in master shower which caused water to cross the floor flooding the bathroom. Grill is charcoal and there was no lighter fluid. Made for a challenging cook out. Snorkel gear and fishing rods all broken and old. Cyrus and Nigel were nice and helped as much as possible. Felt safe at house and Marigot Bay Area. Sea spray cruise private catamaran was great. Requested host for partial refund for A/C issue and have not received any response yet.
