Just returned from an amazing week at this beach house with our adult kids and their partners.Perfect location right on the beach.West Bay can get a bit busy when cruise ships are in port...but this property allowed us privacy on the beach for those few hours.Awesome sunsets right in front.Omar picked us up and dropped us off at airport. He was extremely helpful.Nancy the House Manager made us 2 delicious dinners. The host is always available to help with any questions.Can't wait to return to Casa Kennedy!!!Thank you!!!!

We were a group of 9 friends and your house was awesome. The outdoor patio on the 2nd floor was a big hit. Nancy was a great host. Johnny The yard guy was the nicest person you could ever meet. Always with a smile. Beach was right out the door but far enough to truly enjoy your privacy and freedom. We are working on a return trip in the future. Thanks for everything

We stayed for 6 nights, we had 7 adults and 1 child. Could not ask for a better house. It had everything we needed and everyone was comfortable in their own space. The location could not be better. Quick access to the beach and delicious food. Hopped a water taxi right out front, store 2 doors down and private beach. We hired Nancy to cook for us breakfast and dinner for 5 days. It was the best food we had. Her food was amazing and fresh. She really made the trip extra special. She also made sure to get us a cake for our friends 50th. She put candles and decorations on it. If your in doubt hire Nancy!

Location, location, location... There is not a better home on West Bay Beach. The convenience of walking to restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner was incredible. You can also get a quick water taxi to West End for other retaurants and shopping. Some of the best snorkeling is right outside the house. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The numerous trees were also nice for shade on the beach. We will definitely book this house again.

We were a family of 6, with 3 adults and 3 kids ages 17,15 and 7. We stayed for 8 Days and 7 nights at Casa kennedy. The house is very spacious and well equipped with everything you need. It has one of the best locations on the beach if you're looking to stay on west bay.it has a private beach area with 8 lounge chairs and palms for shade. The house is a rental on a 3rd world island so things are very worn, outdated and in need of tlc. We had a few things break but they were fixed the same day. One thing that was not mentioned is that there are no stairs in the house. You have to go outside to get to the ground floor. This was a slight inconvenience. You also do not have access to laundry but Nancy did 2 loads for us midweek. she was very helpful. We stayed over Easter week which is a very popular time on this island. The beaches get very crowded during the day and loud at night. The watchmen and house security is beneficial to have during these busy times. The restaurant directly next door stays open late and plays loud music so a sound machine/app is a must for bedtime.Omar the driver is awesome! We used him for airport & excursion transportation. He stops at the food store, unloads groceries, gives you tour. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He was amazing and even got our wifi back up and running when we lost it one day. Memorable roatan moments: winning crab race, night snorkeling, catching tuna and barracuda, fresh sashimi tuna, the coral, THE WATER!

Excellent location with direct beach access. The beach in front of the house is nice. Great snorkeling, if you walk a few minutes on the beach to the south.The house is comfortable and clean. The Hostess (Nancy, she doesn't speak English, so we mainly communicated via texts) is an excellent cook - highly recommended to order food from her. There are also a few good restaurants near the house.There is a supermarket with basic items next door, but you may want to drive to the West End for shopping. If you need a larger store, "Comercial Ramirez" is the place to go.I'd recommend renting a car

We were 4 couples for 10 days, excellent walking location to everything we needed, Very comfortable space inside, kitchen is well equipped, the covered deck area was very beneficial so we could be outside in rain or sun, outdoor shower was convenient, great beachfront area with shade was a big bonus, all communications with host before & during our stay were promptly answered, no surprises or disappointments.

House was perfect for our vacation needs. Right on the beach everything within walking distance. The house is perfectly located and very comfortable. The host is very quick to respond and connected us with Omar and Nancy. Omar is so friendly and knowledgeable and so helpful getting us around the island. Id highly recommend having Nancy cook a meal for you when you stay. The food was wonderful and she was made both nights so special. I highly recommend this house!

Ideal location for West Bay

Tough to beat the location if you’re wanting to stay on West Bay. We only had 4 in our group but the property could easily accommodate twice that. Stumble onto the beach in the morning and swim or take a short walk over towards Infinity Bay to snorkel. Easy to catch water taxis from the house. We used Nancy to cook for us a few nights during our stay and she was great. The place was perfect for us as the sandy beach is very easy to get in and out of and the reef is close by.

Amazing location

We had a group of 8 stay in the house with grandparents in another rental nearby. This place was the perfect meeting place. The owner connected us with Nancy who prepared most of our meals for us and did the shopping. She was part of the family by the time we left. Her meals were spot on and we could not have asked for more. All of our expectations with the house were exceeded. Access to the beach was the best on the beach.

Amazing location!! Very responsive host

My husband and I stayed at Casa Kennedy for a week and found the location to be perfect. Restaurants and water taxis are steps from the villa. Dario picked us up from the airport and took us all over the island during the course of our stay. I highly recommend using him for any excursions - he’s amazing! The photos are an accurate representation of the villa. Maritza was incredibly responsive to our questions and she was wonderful to deal with. We truly enjoyed our first trip to Roatan!

Great location on a beautiful beach

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Kennedy. The location is right on the best beach in the area. Easy walking to restaurants, dive and snorkeling locations and a small grocery store. The house was a nice house with a great wrap around porch. One thing to note is that this is the popular beach so it can be busy with a good night life of bars and restaurants. If you are looking for a quiet beach, West Bay Beach might not be for you. We did start our trip over Easter weekend which was very crowded and noisy. Things calmed down and were quite pleasant after Easter.
