Oceania is located on a serene stretch of beach on Gulfshore Drive on Holiday Isle. Once you arrive, you will see why so many choose this part of Destin to vacation. You are steps away from a pristine, white sandy beach. You can view the water from the 40 foot balcony or from the master bedroom, den or dining area. Enjoy an afternoon cocktail and watch the sunset, or rise early and enjoy a cup of coffee and the morning sun or any time of day, look at the crystal clear water and watch the crashing waves! It is so easy to spot dolphins dancing in the water or watch all of the magnificent boats cruising on the Gulf.
The condo has 3 BR/BA with a king bed in the Master, queen beds in both guest rooms, and twin beds in a built-in loft area.
Fully equipped kitchen with great appliances, large spacious den for relaxation and the 3 bedrooms and full baths are the perfect size. Master bedroom is so spacious and has a great view of the beach.
Oceania has a large outdoor pool that is heated in the off season, gas grills to cook a great dinner and an exercise room for those who need to stay in shape.
Beachfront umbrella and chairs are included so what more could you need!

If you have ever stayed in Destin, you know that Holiday Isle has beautiful beaches and is so convenient to Emerald Grande, Kahuna Water Park, mini golf, restaurants, the mall,.....

No matter what month you come, you will enjoy! So hurry and book your summer vacation before it is all booked up! Summer is a great time to be at the beach but there is no better time than September through November. The water is still warm, the crowds are not as bad and the sunsets are amazing!!

Beautiful condo with a great view of the ocean. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything you need to cook at home. The beach access is steps from the condo. Communication with the host prior to arrival was excellent.

Annual family beach week

Every May we bring our kids & their spouses to the beach for a week this is a new favorite - smaller complex - location is excellent no crowds on the beach condo im great shape - pool area very well maintained - very nice stay & owner very responsive we like to go to different beaches each year but will definitely use this one again if available. - highly recommend this property.

Great Condo in Great Location

The condo is in a quieter area which was nice. It was well stocked and nicely decorated! Although we only had 4 in the condo, it could accommodate more with the extra queen bedroom and cute bunkbeds nestled in the corner hallway. The ocean was closer than anywhere I have stayed in Destin. We thoroughly enjoyed hanging on the balcony in the morning and at night. The seating out there was amazing! It is walking distance (5 mins) to the Sandfly where you can get cocktails and food. Will definitely stay here again!!!

Amazing getaway!

We had a wonderful week at the condo. We drank our coffee on the balcony as we watched dolphins playing in the waves. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect! I would definitely come back!

Excellent property

This is a great place to stay. Location was awesome! Close to restaurants- even some within walking distance. Close to grocery and pharmacies as well!The condo was well stocked and had everything you need! The patio was the cherry on top! No need to go on a dolphin watch cruise as we saw so many from the balcony!The beaches are wide and beautiful.The building is also very secure with gates going in and out and also to the beach and back.Owner was very responsive when we had questions which we greatly appreciated!We would definitely stay here again if we return to Destin!

Checkin was seamless. Host was reachable for supportive for all questions. Rosy explained the work going on at hotel and left to us to make decision. We had a great holiday stay. All rooms are clean and kitchen is fully equipped. Loved the place and stay.

Excellent! I left items behind and emailed the owner. They responded quickly and told me they would mail the items to me. They communicated very well on when to expect the items and even asked to let them know when I received. I will be booking this property again and again.

Beach Week ‘23

God blessed us with a beautiful week. While temps at home in East Texas were raging they were mild in Florida and the water couldn’t have been better. We come every year and Oceania is our favorite place to stay. We usually choose one 5th floor or below but the recliners enticed us to choose 707. The comfortable furniture inside and out made all the difference especially to my husband. Will definitely be our choice next time. Having another King room would make it a better fit for lots of folks! AC worked great!

Enjoyable womens getaway

Very beautiful and spacious living room/kitchen well supplied even a bar area with icemaker and 2 large blenders!! Very comfortable new furniture and beds very comfy. Loved the bunk bed space. Very clean and well supplied! Large laundry room and laundry supplies included. Elevator access very close to our condo and never a wait. Tv remote issue was addressed very quickly by Rose Marie. We loved everything about the condo! We had a womens getaway and couldn't have been more enjoyable! Nice clean pool and easy beach access. Parking was undercover and easy to unload car with the carts available at all times we needed them. All the windows in great room gave a spacious view of the ocean! What a huge deck too! We loved the quiet end of the beach too for walking! Couldn't have been a better trip for us 4 women! Thank you Rose Marie!

We have brought our family to the Destin beaches for over 40 years. No other water like it. So we invested in the area and bought a condo. We have owned several condos on Gulf Shore Drive for over 20 years and would go no where else. We bought at Oceania in 2019 to share with our family and rent out for others to enjoy.
We have 3 kids and 7 grandchildren and spend as many weeks in Destin as we can fit in. Our son is married with 3 kids ranging in age 9 - 16, a daughter married with 2 kids 5 and 9, and another daughter married with a 3 year old and baby. The beach has been the best summer vacations for our family, so we now have a condo to let others enjoy.

Why they chose this property

We have owned units up and down Gulf Shore Drive and have now bought here. Oceania has such an amazing view of the ocean and the condo is so spacious. The pool is large and the entire condominium is so family oriented. Once you stay here, you w ill be back every year!

Being on the 7th floor gives you a view like no other. You can see for miles down the beach.

And Oceania is located in the heart of Destin. Minutes away from great restaurants, water parks, amusement parks, shopping. You can never get bored in Destin!
