THE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION HAS ADVISED US THE ELEVATOR WILL BE DOWN FOR 3-5 WEEKS BETWEEN JANUARY & FEBRUARY. THE EXACT DATES ARE NOT KNOWN PRESENTLY. DURING THIS TIME YOU WILL NEED TO USE THE STAIRS TO GET TO/FROM YOUR CONDO. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVIENCE THIS MAY CAUSE.

Resting directly on the white sand of the Gulf, Emerald Dunes 602 Destin beach condo is the ideal playground for all types of ‘sea creatures’. Its calming color palette boasts all the tones of the Gulf. With lively art depicting all the wonderful wildlife found in Destin’s waterways, the open floor plan allows invites conversation and connection with family and friends. Plus, Emerald Dunes 602 features all high-end finishes including granite counters and stainless steel in the kitchen, engineered hardwood floors, recessed lighting and high ceilings.

This beachfront condo is fantastic for entertaining the whole pod. Three separate sitting areas provide ample space to float around, and the upstairs loft has its own TV and a wet bar. Moreover, the primary suite features stunning beach views as well as a luxury bathroom with a spa bathtub and a large walk-in shower.

Amenities within the unit include a washer/dryer, a private balcony directly over the beach and a fully stocked kitchen. Additionally, as part of the Emerald Dunes condominium guests get exclusive beach access, complimentary gated parking, and use of the pool deck. The location is another perk. Restaurants, shops and stores are all within walking distance while The Destin Commons outdoor mall is less than a mile away.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

NOTE: Emerald Dunes is a SMOKE FREE, TOBACCO FREE property. No trailers, jet skis, RV's or boats are permitted.

Perfect for family

This location was perfect for our extended family vacation. The layout of the condo worked perfectly for our stay. The kids loved the upstairs and the adults had the downstairs. The beach views were added bonus.

Yearly family vacation

Every year we go to Destin for family vacation. First time staying here and it was the best condo we have stayed at. It was clean, and very roomy for the whole family. Close to all the attractions and can’t beat the view of the beach. Highly recommend this place.

Family reunion beach trip

Great condo on a beautiful beach. Very spacious condo worked well with our mixed ages family group of 10. The upstairs loft and bedroom is a perfect kid play area and so many bathrooms we didn’t even use one. Our family also rented the condo next door so it was perfect our whole group of 18 had the top floor of this condo building to ourselves. Better than a house as we could get together when we wanted but separate. Our entire group was ages 2- 72 yrs and everyone loved it. Proximity to the beach was really great for walking back and forth to the condo. Management was very responsive and prompt with the few things we needed to work out. Only complaint is the one elevator is very slow so when busy as when people arriving end leaving the wait up and down is slow, but not a constant issue.

The only problem we had was checking out @ 9am when our flight wasn’t until 5 pm. Tried to get a later check out but not flexible. My almost 90 yr old mom doesn’t even usually get up till 10

Nice condo and beautiful beach.

Place was very nice but had some items that needed repairs… shower doors wouldnt close in main bathroom so the water always ran out, and there was a leak that came through the ceiling. Also garbage receptacle was 6 floors down and you had to go outside the gate of the building with the ID code, etc every time. Very inconvenient. Otherwise nice property

Beautiful condo on a beautiful beach

We had a group of 10, 5 adults and 5 children. The 5 boys were all quartered in the loft area. The 5 and 7 year old took the bunk beds, the 2 year old twins slept in the queen bed which were in the upstairs bedroom and the 13 yr old slept on the sofa bed in the loft tv room. That left a king master for my husband and I , a king master for my older daughter and her husband and the othet king bedroom with attached bathroom for my 32 year old daughter. Worked out great. Very spacious. We never felt crowded even though there were 10 of us in the condo. The only thing that could be improved is the loft tv which warred with the downstairs tv because it is along the open wall of the loft. If it was moved to the other wall or even into the bedroom it would be perfect.

Great Location!

The property has everything you need for your rental location. Note that we did face some minor issues on check in but most were resolved pretty quickly. It felt a bit more expensive but apart from that its a nice place

Great for large families

This property was great for large families. We never felt like we were on top of each other with separate king bedrooms downstairs and a loft area upstairs for the kids.

Very nice place

Really enjoyed renting here. It’s away from the spring break crowds so it is better for a family and children. The only challenge is that people who aren’t staying at the property come and park in the lot during the day, making parking more of a challenge. There must be a lot of people in the area who know the code.

Thanksgiving in Destin

A beautiful stay on the coast of Destin. This condo was the perfect size for our group and had a gorgeous location. It lacked a few essentials like blow dryer, salt and pepper, and garbage bags. a few things were broken in the kitchen, but the overall stay was fantastic

It was nice overall.

There were several minor issues at the property. The issues were addressed quickly, but it was a little disappointing based on the price per night. The wooden bed frame in one bedroom was broken, the master bed room would get extremely hot and several of the dishes were dirty even though they were put up as clean.

Great condo location. Condo is kept up with all the bells and whistles.

Loved this condo! Beachfront and minutes from all of Destins best attractions. The property itself is kept up well. The decor of the condo has a bright beach flow that just calms your soul. Our rental came with 2 beach chair and umbrella which gave us beachfront seating without waking us at the crack of dawn. This condo is very spacious.
