This condo has undergone a through renovating and redecorating with new flooring, light and plumbing fixtures, countertops, tile, etc.!

Enjoy the sugar white sand and crystal clear blue Gulf from this condo at Oceania, on the third floor. This condo has 2000 square feet including 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Two of the bathrooms have double sink vanities.Enjoy your view through full floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, out to the large 40 foot tiled and covered balcony. Also included with this condo is covered parking steps away from the elevator.This condo has a 60" LCD TV and DVD in the living area, with an additional TV and DVD in each bedroom.

Tired of the crowds? You will be conveniently located right in the heart of Destin, yet able to avoid the crowds because of this private gated property and most importantly, you will have an abundance of beach area. Because of the wide area of beach that Oceania is constructed on, you will enjoy Oceania's truly private beach, being one of the largest square foot of beach per unit in Destin and only steps away.
Daily in season beach set up ( One umbrella and two chairs) is provided. Additional set ups are available for a charge.

I am happy you enjoyed your stay in our Oceania condo. We are sorry the elevator access directly across from our front door was down due to the association renovating all three elevators on each floor. We hope this was not too much of an inconvenience.

This condo was perfect! The decor was beautiful and the view of the ocean was spectacular! It is close to great restaurants and we found it to be very quiet and private. Pam was very responsive and the accommodations were lovely. We appreciated the privacy of having 3 bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom. The location in Destin is great and the views from the condo were incredible. We enjoyed sitting on the expansive patio for a glass of wine and the many restaurants nearby. The living room was spacious and ideal for watching evening movies. We would absolutely come back!

This unit is in a perfect location, nice quiet beach, pool was great. The unit itself was large and nicely laid out. You can’t beat the views. Check in process was easy and the host was very accommodating.
