Attached two car garage and entry doors are connected to the wifi and access is granted via app on smart phone or ecode entered on the keypad. Second bathroom contains the only tub. Rear lanai is covered and screened. Appliances on the premises include a stove, refrigerator, microwave, garbage disposal, washer and dryer.
