Our turnkey home in Oakmont at the Lakes, is ready for an immediate occupancy. Beautifully furnished, this home boasts 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private pool, screened in lanai, spacious and perfectly equipped kitchen and more. There is a television in the master bedroom, living room and dining area for you to access your favorite streaming services. The master suite offers a king bed, new linens, walk in shower and spacious closet. Our home offers two patio options, relaxing in the screened in lanai by the pool or on the extended patio. The Oakmont subdivision has sidewalks, great amenities and a great location. We are a very close proximity to community pool and spa, fitness center, pickleball courts, basketball court and play area for the kids. The location of this home cannot be beat! Close to Coconut Point, Miramar Outlets, Gulf Coast Town Center, I-75, SWFL International, FGCU and literally hundreds of award-winning restaurants. We are currently booking for season and can offer long term leases as well! Our flexible terms, beautiful- well maintained home and perfect location will have you rebooking for years to come!

Host needs to be sure that garbage and recycling is removed. Both were in the garage overflowing and very stinky; the garbage was maggot infested. The host said waste was skipped because of holidays. Neighbors said waste was picked up on normal schedule. There was no toilet paper. I understand that the owner doesn’t supply paper goods, but a starter roll would be nice. Inside the outer seal on the washing machine was a cache that included a necklace, coins, ink pen and a dead mouse. The home is in a very nice residential neighborhood and is convenient to airport and major roads. Other than the washing machine issue, the interior of the house was very clean.
