Lakefront Suite 12 sits just steps from the shoreline, offering peaceful lake views and the soothing sounds of the water. With a cozy one-bedroom layout, this suite features two queen beds and a futon, a fully equipped kitchen, and inviting outdoor seating by the lake , perfect for unwinding after a day on the water or watching the sunset reflect off Lake LBJ.

($50 for noon checkout or ½ nightly rate until 5 PM)

You’ll have private access to your house, and shared access to the pool, BBQ grills, picnic areas, and lakeside fire pit (subject to Llano County burn bans).
Boat and jet ski slips available for a small daily fee — please ask for details!
