The large private pool is ideal for family holidays. Surrounded by a beautiful garden with lawn, palm trees and flowering plants, the pool terrace with a gas barbecue, offers seating under a covered terrace or under the grapevine covered gazebo, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The plane, totally fenced property, offers great privacy and is ideal for children to play. Each of the four bedrooms has air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms on the upper floor give access to a private terrace with stunning views of the castle of Denia and the surrounding mountains. For the colder winter month you have a central underfloor heating system (on request and with supplement). The sandy beach of Las Marinetas can be reached in just 5 minutes drive by car, as well the town-centre of Denia with its many shops, restaurants and bars. To the supermarkets Consum and Lidl it's only 3 minute by car. Please note that for this accommodation a security deposit of € 700,00 is required.
