En la orilla izquierda, área agradable y segura, edificio parisino de 1970, sistema de seguridad, intercomunicador y conserje, quinto piso francés con ascensor. Estación de metro más cercana: Cambronne. Muchos bistros, restaurantes, supermercados, mercados al aire libre, cerca de la rue du Commerce, donde podrá encontrar todas las boutiques francesas. 4 líneas de autobús / 3 líneas de metro para ir a todas partes en París muy rápidamente. Dentro de una caminata de 10 a 15 minutos: Champ de Mars Tour Eiffel, Village suisse (un complejo de 150 tiendas de antigüedades), Museo Rodin, Grand Palais, André Citroën Park.

Excellent stay in Paris

Benedicte has a wonderful apartment close to boulangeries and shopping. We walked about 20-25 min to the Eiffel Tower each night from the apartment - with a great location and perfect for our family of 6 - to thoroughly enjoy our stay in Paris. Apartment comes as advertised. Benedicte was very communicative and we would love to stay again in the future!

Great location and wonderful host

We had a great stay in Paris. We were there for the Olympics. We were two adults and two children. The location was excellent and well serviced with local supermarkets and boulangeries. The apartment was a good size and had everything that we needed. We would definitely stay again. Also the host was super responsive.

Family Vacation

Great place for a family of 4 with two young kids. It was great having the metro across the street and a playground one block up. Washer and dryer was handy for less luggage. We watched the Eiffel Tower sparkle every night from the bedroom. Overall great experience.

Wonder apartment and location

Great place. The owner was vyer helpful and responsive. Teriffic location, next to a metro stop and group of shops including bakeries and take out food. Short walk to Eiffel Tower. Highly reccomended.

Home from Home

Nice home within easy walking distance of amenities and of course the Eiffel Tower. Modest and comfortable in a safe and secure location. Quiet and within walking distance to the Metro. We had a wonderful few days with our adult children and would definitely recommend the host and the apartment.

Charming Apartment

Comfortable place in a great building and neighbourhood. The location is just far enough from the madding crowd and offers a nice walk to Left Bank museums. Local cafes, fromageries and boulangeries are close as well as Franprix. Metro is super handy.

Christmas in Paris

Great location close to metro, on the 5th floor of a secure building with an elevator. Since we were here in the winter, windows were closed and this was a very quiet apartment. Bedroom layout was perfect for three adults and two teens. For awareness, this is a lived-in apartment when not rented to travelers.

Paris apartment

Benedicte's apartment couldn't be in a better location. It is a short walk to the Eiffel Tower, the Seine River, and many shops and restaurants. Benedicte was very helpful with suggestions for restaurants and anything we needed. Although it was very warm during our stay in Paris, she made our time in her apartment comfortable and welcoming.

Great location

Great location - close to train stop and not to noisy. It fit all 6 of us. Only issue was there was only one key but we worked around that.

Amazing and convenient location

This property was spectacular! Very conveniently located. Easy to get to many of the main Paris sites (you can see the Eiffel Tower from one of the bedroom windows!) and just across the street from the Metro, so super easy to hop on that and get wherever you want that might be further away. The property was very clean, worked really well for our traveling party of 6. The property manager was very responsive before we left on our trip, there to meet us when we arrived and available by phone if we needed anything during our stay. Would highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again on another visit!

Great Location!

This is a great location to see Paris! Just bring earplugs because the street noise can be heard at night with the windows open. Metro station just across the street so easy getting around!! Bakery and restaurants close by. Host is very responsive! And the best thing about the place is that you can lay in bed and view the Eiffel Tower in comfort!! Spectacular view! Watch the glimmering light display at 10pm and 11pm.

Charming & Perfect

Charming, clean, comfortable & great location. 3 60+ female friends all with our own space. Larger than expected. Everything we needed. Convenient to metro but we walked everywhere & great boulangeries close by. Benedicte, our host, was exceptional at responding to messages & very helpful.

Perfect Parisian apartment

Outstanding apartment in central Paris. Not often you find such a spacious, well appointed apartment for this price in the city,and with a view of the Eiffel tower from the back also! Felt like home from home and with Metro directly outside the door making it easy to travel around the city. Plenty of local cafe, shops and boulangerie in the area. Excellent communication with the host and the pictures do not do justice to her beautiful home.

Perfect place to stay

we stayed in this wonderful apartment in connection with a visit to Disney. it is perfectly located for public transport and right outside the door there are a lot of cozy cafes. our hostess was easy to communicate with and really nice. only challenge was unlocking the door when we arrived. The French door locks are intricate. perhaps a description for stupid tourists could be a suggestion for improvement

What a treat!!

The apartment was beyond our expectations; spacious, light and situated in a lovely neighbourhood. Bakeries, bars, restaurants and a subway station are all in walking distance from the apartment. The owner, Bénédicte, is very helpful with anything you would like to know. We stayed in her apartment with our three children and highly recommend a stay at this wonderful place. We will definitely be back. Bravo!!

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful neighborhood

Bénédicte was so wonderful; what a treat to live like a Parisian while visiting the city. The apartment is in a lovely neighborhood—easily walked to Rue Cler for shopping—and is also 200 feet from a metro line, which made it so simple to explore the whole city. Get a metro pass when you’re here. It is the best way to open up the whole city. The apartment was comfortable to live in, clean, modern, in great taste. Just perfect.

Great apartment close to Metro for our family of 4

This apartment was a great launching point for our trip to Paris. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and multiple Metro stops to get you anywhere else you wanted to go. My younger daughter loved watching the Eiffel Tower light show each night from her bedroom. Considering it was Paris, the apartment had ample room for our family of four but for others, you should note that one of the bedrooms is just off the living room so there is not tons of privacy in that room. It was just fine for us. Benedicte was great with communication and check in/out was super easy.

Great Paris Apartment in Great Location

With a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower from the main bedroom, this charming 5th floor apartment in a lift equipped building in the 15th arr, is the perfect place from which you can explore Paris. Bénédicte was a wonderful host who provided helpful information and great recommendations for shopping and restaurants nearby, including a wonderful Korean place we never would have found on our own. The Cambronne stop on the 6 Metro line was right across the street, as was a good bakery for morning pastries. We were about a 20 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and most other attractions were only a short Metro ride away. The apartment was stylist and well equipped and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great for a long weekend stay in Paris

This nice apartment really met our needs for a long weekend in Paris, where we did a lot of sightseeing and also attended Roland-Garros. The location near the Eiffel Tower, metro stations, and generally central in Paris, was a big plus. The neighborhood itself was also fine, with some nice cafes and bakery at the nearest intersection, and no noise issues despite proximity to metro. The space in the apartment was as advertised, though beware there is only a handheld shower in the tub. We didn't spend too much time hanging out in the apartment, but it definitely had the feel of a chic Parisian flat in the heart of the city.
