Welcome to your luxurious two-bedroom, 2.5-bath Sky Home at Portofino Island Resort, located adjacent to the Lifestyle Center and just a short stroll to the beach. This spacious condo offers 1,333 square feet of living space, including a private 170-square-foot balcony with beautiful water views.

Every room in every Portofino Sky Home has a water view, and no Sky Home sits below the fifth floor. Wider than a typical beach condo, this residence offers comfort, space, and resort-style convenience throughout. The condo includes spacious closets, extra linens and pillows, a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen for your stay.

The bedding configuration is King in the primary bedroom, Full in the guest bedroom, and a Sleeper Sofa in the living area.

Guests have full access to Portofino Island Resort and its incredible amenities, including complimentary use of the fitness center, five Hydro Clay Tennis Courts, beaches on both the Gulf of Mexico and Santa Rosa Sound, and each tower’s exclusive outdoor pool and whirlpool spa. Portofino Condo Bldg 2 # 1705

The floors in the condo were filthy. Many repairs need to be performed and many updates are needed (lamps/lighting). Bathrooms were nice. Decorating left a lot to be desired for a condo of this caliber. We saw a few other units that our friends were staying in (3). All were tastefully decorated.
