1/1 cabin. Sleeps 6. Master: Queen. Living room: 2 Twin Trundle. MUST BE 25 TO RENT. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. NOW DOG FRIENDLY! 1 dog allowed under 40 lb additional cost of $25 per day. In addition, the electronic rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in.

Newly constructed quaint cabins located on River Road between the 2nd and 3rd Guadalupe River crossings in New Braunfels. This location is famous for tubing…we are above the “chutes”. This is your home away from home. Relax out on the deck to take is all the sites and sounds of the Texas Hill Country, or gear up for a fun filled tube ride down the river. Tube rental is walking distance. This cabin does not have direct river access, if you rent tubes from Mountain breeze campgrounds just 150 yards away, they will provide you with a wristband that gives you permission to use their direct river access. The “Winecup Cabin" is right next door and sleeps 6 so if you need accommodations for 12…this is the place to be!! There is a 3rd house on this property “Red Barn" that sleeps 14. If you rent all 3 you can accommodate 26 guests!

This cozy cabin has an open living/dining/kitchen space. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home including a Keurig 12 cup & K cup combo coffee maker. Owners have provided a child's highchair and Pac N Pay for convenience. There is a dining table seating 6, and 2 twin trundle (living room sleeps 4) There is a queen bed in the master bedroom. Full bathroom with a tub shower combo. Streaming TV, DVD player and free Wi-Fi that was updated March of 2024 and is much stronger now! Cell Phone Service is very spotty in this area. No refunds/cancellations for outages. Firepit (bring your own wood) and corn hole onsite to use as well!

NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING! 1 dog allowed under 40 lb additional cost of $25 per day. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property for the duration of the stay. This home has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. You can park 3 vehicles at this property. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home may be monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.

The house is conveniently located 15 minutes from downtown New Braunfels, historic Gruene and Schlitterbahn water park. Shopping is just 20 minutes away at the outlet Malls of San Marcos. Nearby attractions in San Antonio include the Alamo, Fiesta Texas, and the famous San Antonio River Walk, just 30 minutes away. You are also a short 45 minute drive from the state capital of Austin, and all it has to offer. In New Braunfels, you will never run out of things to do!

I was pleasantly surprised how large the kitchen area was and the AC kept us very comfortable in the extreme heat. Nice to get out of the sun and cool off when we needed to. Reviewer Comments: The cabin itself was good, ac worked great (In March), plenty of hot water, but the WiFi was unusable, they also charge out almost $250 in fees not sure why they charge a cleaning fee if they expect you to clean up everything even the grill if the place is not spotless they charge an additional $50. Last but not least the location. Other than the tubing spot nothing else is within walking distance. It’s basically a 2 way street where everything is private or reserved, even if you drive your car there’s really no where to park unless you reserved that spot .

Noticing that with a three night stay they offer a free night I was never offered this and one called the question it still was not offered it. Are used to just deal with the owner Terri Wade But this new company, no thank you. Plenty of other places with river access for much cheaper

Great cabin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was quaint and the email check-in process was flawless. All appliances worked well and plenty of towels for all six of us for a couple of days. The only complaint is that the campgrounds directly next to the cabin, Mountain Breeze Campgrounds, was having an Urban Music event on the same weekend and played loud music and DJ until 3AM on Friday and Saturday nights which was extremely loud in the cabin and did not give the normal feel of "getting away to the river". I understand that the cabin is owned by a different company, but I highly suggest communicating these events with suggestions of purchasing ear plugs for better sleep (or even better, to include as an amenity on occasions like this). The noise level throughout both afternoons and evenings put a big decline in our stay but we like the overall cabin, layout, and location which is why I still rated it very high.
